A: These are only for new accounts so the plan is preloaded on sim, I doubt it could be used for refilling existing account unless maybe if existing phone number gets ported in into this new sim during activation and that's if Visible accepts porting from their own network.

A: 50 gb on Visible plus plan then slowed at peak times. Uses Verizon 5G network.
Q: Is this plan compatible with overseas phone? Samsung Galaxy S8 plus?
A: That phone would need to have support for Verizons cell network. GSM phone will not work.
A: Did you find the service code? I am trying to activate my Visible+ SIM and can't get past the payment summary page. It is saying that $35 is due today at activation. There is an option on that page to enter a discount code or a prepaid service code. I'm guessing that is where this service code should be entered to complete the activation without having to add a payment method. I can't find any service codes anywhere though. Visible support has no idea. They couldn't tell me where to find it. They said to add a payment and I won't be charged. I don't believe that though. Then they told me to try entering every single code/number from the SIM including the UPC number, SIM Card number, and any other number that I can see lol.
