    All - I don't know this email will get it to you. But i have a complain about one of the products you sell. The company is 100% scam. I bought two prepaid sims cards from your company but i cannot activate because Visible required the credit card for activate. This sound very scam to me. What happens to people without credit card? I try to get refund but your company denied it ( The manager on duty name is Efrain @ Orange, Ca). I am an ellite customer from your company and this what I get with the loyal shopper. I have lost $52 but you will lose a lot more from me. Thank you Ps. My member ID 2574609900

    DO NOT BUY THIS FROM BEST BUY! I tried to activate it and even though it finished, the SIM card only showed no service and did not work. Visible Customer Support tried everything they could to try to activate the SIM card but to no avail. I ended up had to buy from Visible DIRECTLY and they were nice enough to apply statement credit. Save yourself all the trouble and just buy from visible.com. The cell service itself is pretty good though, once you get past the activation issues.

    Poor Customer Service

    Service is OK. Problem is with their customer service. Thee is NO phone number to talk to a human. The only way to contact them is thru chat. First autopay did not work. Got notice that my service would be cut off. Went into my online account. It was set up for autopay with a valid credit card. Start a chat with an agent who took all my info but could not understand how to help me. Turns out it was an automated bot that was useless. Finally got a human online. Made me start all over. Could not figure out why my autopay did not work. Had to make a manual payment, If I have to go through this every month I'm going to switch carriers.
