Service is OK. Problem is with their customer service. Thee is NO phone number to talk to a human. The only way to contact them is thru chat. First autopay did not work. Got notice that my service would be cut off. Went into my online account. It was set up for autopay with a valid credit card.
Start a chat with an agent who took all my info but could not understand how to help me. Turns out it was an automated bot that was useless.
Finally got a human online. Made me start all over. Could not figure out why my autopay did not work. Had to make a manual payment, If I have to go through this every month I'm going to switch carriers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
