Extremely powerful for a small unit, pleasantly surprised how heavy the motor is so I know it's well built. I like that the bottom plastic is integrated into the overall build and not a clip on cover, alleviates my concern for my non stick cookware.

Outstanding. It is less cumbersome and results in far less mess than a standard blender. We were pleasantly surprised by its performance. It stores easily.

I love this immerser and use it quite a bit. It is powerful and easy to clean up. I’ve used it for everything from sauces, shakes, soups, mashed potatoes, and purées. It works great and it’s easy to wash.

It is super powerful and since it has a rubber/silicon cover around it's mouth you can use the blender directly into the cooking pot. It is our substitute for a smothie blender, pureering kids food when we are travelling. Overall a good buy.

 I have nothing to compare this to because this is my first immersion blender. It works well for the jobs I’ve been doing. Mainly making sauces. Seems more than powerful, it is not very easy to clean due to the four blade system. It’s not a dealbreaker just a little more difficult to clean. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I really like this blender. It's fast. doesn't splash everywhere and is so much easier to use than the large blender I also have. There is virtually no cleanup mess = it's really easy to clean. So glad I got it.

Very great unit. At first I thought it would be too heavy and awkward to use. But all the contrary. It is very nice to use, and allows me to take care of most our food needs without bringing out the blender.

Lives up to my expectations for Vitamix. Currently own a full size blender but was looking for a solution for small amounts like sauces or dressing. Couldn't be happier! Works well for ice and nuts, motor has sufficient power. The blade guard is well designed and helps eliminate liquid spilling over the rim of the mixing container as it doesn't create a big vortex. The protective coating on the blade guard made it possible to blend directly in my insta-pot without damaging the non-stick coating saving time blending multiple batches in the blender. Well worth the extra expense to get a high quality immersion blender!

Feels solid and durable in your hand. Works much more quickly than you might expect. Very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent hand blender! Great quality build and materials. Very easy to attach and detach. Like the plastic bottom so it doesn’t scratch the pot.

This is an awesome blender. It has a lot of power when blending unlike my old immersion blender. I like how the bottom end is constructed and it will not harm my nonstick pans when I use it. I had a kitchen aid immersion blender with an attachment for the end but it kept falling off when I would use it. Overall an excellent product but then I would not expect anything less from Vita Mix.

Would've given 5 Stars, but the plastic is the deal-breaker. Silicon should've been the choice. Overall, it's more powerful than KitchenAid and Cuisinart, combined. Easy to clean, is a plus.

I haven't used it yet, but am impressed at the way it is housed in the storage unit. Very precise directions.
