I'm coming from a ninja 1000 and a nutrininja. This is truly a work of art. I bought the smaller top because the 64 is just too big to be used everyday. I love the presets and while it doesnt appear to be as sharp as the ninja this thing does the job in 1/2 the time or better. I also love how you can push the contents down through the lid. The blade also fits better. What I mean by that is that when making smoothies the ninja would always have a problem with the outer edges and leave chunks. I would recommend every throw out your blender and get this or a similar one. You'll never need another

Bought this as a Christmas present for my Mexican mon. Her test for every blender is to blend Chiles, if the blender is able to blend the seeds perfectly and smoothly, she rates it as a great blender. She rated this blender as one of the top best she’s use, since it blended the chiles seeds very smoothly to the point where no seeds were intact. She was able to get more juice/salsa than other blenders, which leave a big amount of chile pieces and seeds when strained.

I view this as a luxury purchase - it's an attractive, great performing small appliance with a quality feel - and it that sense I recommend it heartily to those who will use it regularly. Unless it lasts 50+ years it certainly isn't the best "value", since there are other blenders that will do the same job for a fraction of the cost. You will probably also want to purchase some additional accessories which will only add to the already high cost (it would be nice if they included more than just the big 64oz container). That said, if you don't mind the price you won't be disappointed in the performance. I'm keeping it and looking for reasons to use it!

The Vitamix A3500 is an excellent machine. It makes using the blender a pleasure! This unit replaced our older unit and it is like night and day! Makes smoothies super easy!

I absolutely love this blender. I was able to get it as a deal of the day at a great price and also the warranty was actually cheaper. Thus far it has not failed to perform. I absolutely love this blender.

Vitamix is known for quality and durability. This model is also versatile- I'm still discovering it's many abilities. I find it well worth the high price and I'm looking forward to many years of use.

Definitely loved this powerful blender. Not your ordinary blender. Glad I bought this along with the food processor.

8 ounce mini jars and 16 ounce smoothies attachments (sold separatly) are the reason i bought this mixer. So much versatility with various volume containers has made this mixer used every day in my home for multiple functions. Just be careful because heatup can occur quickly with the small containers and cause some heat and pressure build up (i.e messy when opening). Overall, simply the best mixer that can handle very small and large volumes.

The BEST blender I've ever bought!! It is a little noisy but i quickly got used to it and was pleasantly surprised by the results.

Since getting my Vitamix, I use it multiple times per day. Not only for green juice blends in the morning, but also frappuccinos, salad dressings, ice cream, and the best soup I’ve ever made! And SO much more. My only regret is that I waited so many years before getting one! I also purchased the food processor attachment and love it too!

This is by far the best blender that I have used. The power that comes out of it is great and the end product is amazing!

Awesome! Makes the best smoothies...just press the smoothie button then start and it does the rest. High quality and very powerful. Worth the money.

I had a problem blending chili pods for my mole. Other blenders I would have on high for at least 7 min. To make sure all the chili and seeds were completely blended. I would still need to use a strainer to get the tiny bits that still stubbornly would blend. I desired a smooth texture for my mole. This blender is amazing. In less then 2 min. All contents are liquefied. Simply amazing.

Purchased this for my partner, and it is wonderful. Easy to use, powerful, overall great quality!

After having the vitamix personal s55 for the last 6 years, i decided to upgrade. I checked out a few models, but just did not like the way the switches felt, wasn't sure abut the touch pad on this one, but after using it the last couple months, I got to say, I love it! and the power of this thing just makes my smoothies so much smoother.

One of the best blender I have owned. The build quality is very nice and you can feel the solid body by looking at it. Having touch buttons and pre-configured blending option makes blending very easy. Talking about performance, in the last couple of days of my use, I haven't come across a food item that this blender cannot blend. Haven't tried hot soups yet, but the smoothies are a lot more tastier than before. Would definitely recommend this product.

The Vitamix Ascent 3500 has exceeded all of my expectations! Yes, it's expensive, but I have used it every single day since I received it, and I believe I will be wasting much less fresh produce now that I have it. It works perfectly, and everything comes out so smooth! I will absolutely recommend Vitamix to any person who is wanting a blender that they won't have to replace in a very long time. That's why I invested in getting the top of the line option, because I knew that I would be keeping this appliance for so long.

Amazing blender! I've had it for a year now and it still works as well as it did the first day. The price is worth it.

This thing makes smoothies out of everything you put in it. We have used it daily since we purchased it, and it has been a joy to figure out our favorite combinations of fruits and vegetables. We haven't scratched the surface of what this machine is capable of, but we look forward to figuring that out.
