The first time I used my vitamix I thought I had a defective product because after one cycle of blending it shut off and wouldn't restart, it was displaying E3 on the screen. The 2nd time I used it I had the same issue so I was ready to pack it up and bring it back to the store. I'm so glad I didn't bring it back, the error was my fault because I was overloading and running the blender too long which caused the motor to overheat. Once I realized how to use my vitamix more effectively and efficiently I have been blending with easy. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and definitely recommend. My previous blender was a ninja and the ninja can't even compare to the vitamix.

If you are looking to purchase a blender, definitely invest your money in a vitamix. We originally had the ninja and it didn’t blend as well. Smoothies come out perfect consistency every time and the app automeasures with a Bluetooth scale. Would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this blender from Best Buy after so many reviews on youtube and I realized that the smoothies that I have been making are not as smooth and so many particles are not beaten to liquid consistency. I got this blender and the first time I used it I was blown away by how much quiet it is in comparison to the blender I had at the moment. and this is a lot more powerful too, The smoothies, shakes are all silky smooth and I am confident that my body is absorbing all the nutrients from the food. There is no limit to creating your personalized smoothie.

Great product. Makes smoothies better than I expected. Only negative is that it’s loud. By that just tells me the blades are working hard to blend my fruits and verges. Looking forward to trying all the possible recipes.

I shopped around to review most of the available blender and found the highest ratings for all the Vitamix products. They had the best customer service and few return or break downs. I've used it everyday since I've gotten it and it's great. Clean up is easy too.

Strong blender but not sure if it justifies the high price. The blades are at the bottom so you have to make sure you put the ingredients properly to get a proper blend. The preset blender settings don't always give you the perfect blend. You would have to blend it a little longer to get a smoother shake for example.

Bought this for my wife for her B-day as she's been wanting one for years. Big money but everything after 2 weeks has worked very well. All hardware and pieces are solid with good design and quality. The motor operation is high end and very capable. The user interface on the panel is excellent as the automated functions take the blender through various speeds to process your food or drink. We especially like the self cleaner as the cleanup is simply putting water up half way in the container, add a couple drops of soap, seal the top, and hit the slef cleaning button. About 30bseconds later, it will have cycled thru several operating speeds to clean itself. You never disassemble the bottom of the container, dealing with the blades. Just simply rinse with water. Awesome!!

Don't know why I waited so long to invest in this blender. Makes everything so much easier. Programs make it easy to make smoothies and soups flawlessly. Clean up function makes cleaning a breeze.

This is my second vitiminx, its powerful and elegant. They last a long time. Love the little screen and ease of this machine.

What a powerhouse of a machine. I have always wanted to vitamix and now I understand the hype. The machine is loud but that was to be expected. It is a lot of money but you won't be disappointed.

Best blender I’ve ever used. Blends ice and frozen fruit to the smoothest consistency. No ice chunks like my last blender. Great for making hummus, smoothies, and blended soups

I'm coming from a ninja 1000 and a nutrininja. This is truly a work of art. I bought the smaller top because the 64 is just too big to be used everyday. I love the presets and while it doesnt appear to be as sharp as the ninja this thing does the job in 1/2 the time or better. I also love how you can push the contents down through the lid. The blade also fits better. What I mean by that is that when making smoothies the ninja would always have a problem with the outer edges and leave chunks. I would recommend every throw out your blender and get this or a similar one. You'll never need another

I view this as a luxury purchase - it's an attractive, great performing small appliance with a quality feel - and it that sense I recommend it heartily to those who will use it regularly. Unless it lasts 50+ years it certainly isn't the best "value", since there are other blenders that will do the same job for a fraction of the cost. You will probably also want to purchase some additional accessories which will only add to the already high cost (it would be nice if they included more than just the big 64oz container). That said, if you don't mind the price you won't be disappointed in the performance. I'm keeping it and looking for reasons to use it!

Excellent item. Powerful and easy to use. I thought it was overpriced but after several uses I now understand the quality of this product is worth it.

This blender is amazing, the software is very well designed, it has basic preblend options, and 20 speed settings to get that blend just right!
