I love it, I used to weight 298 lbs and when I started loosing weight at the gym, my body started to average out around mid 260s since I've owned this I am now as of yesterday broken the 60s and am in mod to upper 250s! With proper hydration and minimal (yes, not a gym rat) exercise, I am back on healthy route to my 230s again! No rush to get there over night, but the quality of the vitamix blenders are in every sip I take. 100% completely worth it! 7 yr warranty out of the box, to boot! Just don't leave you belonging because I might just blend them up! It's an addiction haha!

This is a BEAST! Allows you to blend whatever you want as much or little as you want. The only downside, which is not even the blenders fault, is i'm not used to blending something so much that you really need a good recipe to make something come out the way you want it to. Other than that, it makes soup so good. Enjoy!

It is very powerful and I love the frozen desserts that it is making. However, since it spins so fast it generates heat and the smoothies would be a little bit warm. Overall, it worth the money.

I use it everyday for juicing, making soups and smoothies, so far is have not disappointing me! Vitamix Rocks.

I replaced my 8 year old Cuisinart blender with this bad boy. First of all, this thing is powerful! You better be sure you want to pulverize whatever you throw in the canister, because it's a flip of the switch away from turning into mush. My girlfriend recently got me into green smoothies. Hers were always really good (using a Blentec) and mine were always chunky and kind of gross using my old blender. That all changed the day I picked up my Vitamix! Not kidding, this thing is terrifying. It's loud and aggressive, but if you want smoothies like you can get at places like Whole Foods, this is basically the blender they use. In fact, I went to a local health food market and the blender they use is the model below the Vitamix Professional 500. I got strangely excited knowing this. I took a picture of their menu and now I'm going to try making them at home! Before I bought this jet engine with a blade, I tried to figure out what the Hot Soup function did. In case you're also wondering, throw in all of your soup ingredients and flip the on switch. 8-9 minutes later, it turns off automatically and is warm. Not like 200 degrees hot, but warm enough to serve and keep the nutrients in the food you're processing. It's expensive as all get out, but you will not be disappointed. Do you need a blender this good? Probably not. Should you buy it? I did and have zero regrets.

In love. I love the way the Vitamix truly liquefies all the veggies and fruits in my smoothies. Ice is no problem for this machine. The motor and blades are super strong. Also tried making some frozen desserts using the pre-set settings - turned out amazing! Absolutely in love with the ability to make hot soup right in the Vitamix. Tried this with a simple vegetable soup and it worked! Anxious to try making my own nut butters and milks, as well as churning my own butter right in the machine. Having a lot of fun with this and enjoying some good REAL healthy food.

Best purchase thus far. Eating healthy is just the start to a new life. Fresh vegetables and fruit. Love it. Best in the world. Leaves no seeds behind.

I have never used any blender which makes any kind of blending a piece of cake. Blades are hard, but razor sharp. Many blender have sharp blade which becomes blunt overtime and loose their efficacy. Vitamix blades are extremely hard and does not loose efficacy for years. I did not like home made smoothies until I got Vitamix. This is one of the best Kitchen and healthy living investment.

I absolutely love this vitamixer. It's so easy to use, it's easy to clean and there are so many things you can make with it. I use everyday!

I went with this version of the Vitamix because of the preset options for soup and smoothies and frozen desserts. I do not have one complaint! So easy to use - even easier to clean! If I HAD to say something to critizize - it is very high and doesn't fit under my counter together. I store it on the counter with the two pieces separated. LOVE it...

This blender works magic! I have never had a smoothie as good as this blender makes them. I usually get chunks of frozen fruit after i blend it for a few minutes but not on this one. It even has a feature where all i have to do is turn it on and it will turn off on its own when its ready. Makes my life a little easier since i don't have to be there to turn it off when i think its ready. Also comes with a recipes booklet that gives tons of ideas on how to use it. Totally recommend it, pricey but so worth it!

We love our new Vitamix blender! We make delicious smoothies every single day! It will blend anything.

I went from a Nutribullet to the Vitamix. Is it 5x more expensive? Of course it is, but it is worth it. What I didn't like about the Nutribullet was the small container and it did not pulverize everything. The Vitamix gets everything. Little seeds from strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, are no match for the Vitamix. I also had a problem with blueberries in the Nutribullet. The skin would be in the drink. The Vitamix leaves nothing to chew on. It is a little gritty, but no seeds or skins getting stuck between the teeth. Like the summary says, I should have bought it sooner.

Easily blends anything. Hands down best blender ever. Even cooks soups for you.

Makes soups, smoothies easily. Is very tall so it didn't fit easily under my cabinet counter top. Very loud. High quality product overall. Well built.

It's an amazing machine! Don't even question just buy you will not regret!

This blender does everything that it claims. It takes practice, use, to get comfortable using it for all of the functions. e.g., soup. The only bad thing about it is that sometimes it is louder than I thought it would be.
