We just purchased a Vizio 65" M-Class TV (beautiful) and after discussions between my wife and I, decided to add a sound bar. I have always believed in matching brand with brand. And over the last 30 years, this has become increasingly important. So added the Vizio 2.1 SB3621 at the time of pick up. I did my research, checked the reviews, but our store was out of this model. So the wonderful salesperson showed me the S@#$, and the P(&#. Both close in price, and very good names. But they were not close in sound. (SURPRISED). So I had the young lad check other stores and yes, there was one close. Took the 15 minute drive and was so worth it. I thought I had missed something in setup because it was soooo easy. One wire and power. Plugged in the subwoofer and it worked (no seriously, it just worked). It sounds amazing, the fabric cover and end pieces look classy. The subwoofer is ridiculous with only a 5 1/4 driver (only lol) and wireless. I could literally plug in almost anywhere (restroom?) Easy call, if you are buying a Vizio TV, buy a Vizio Soundbar. If you would rather spend $150 than $500. Buy this soundbar. And be happy.

After returning a Yamaha soundbar to Cost co because of compatibility issues with our new Vizio tv we decided to go with this product from Best Buy. Mounted bar on wall, plugged in soundbar and sub, input code from Vizio app to control volume with xfinity remote and we were in business. Pleaded with sound quality and the subwoofer is just the icing on the cake. Went from having to crank tv volume to 100 and still barely able to understand dialog in older movies to a much richer sound experience with clear dialog. Very pleased with purchase.

I did a bunch of research on different sound bars that were inexpensive as well I read about this one. It's stated by many professional Reviews that this soundbar has the best sound quality for a lower-priced unit. It was even stated that this sound bar at $109 far exceeds the sound of some units that cost $400
I bought this to improve the sound on a new television for my bedroom I thought this would be an over exaggeration but when I got home and plugged it in it had a great sound and great bass from the subwoofer. It's sound impressed me so much that I contemplated getting one from my main television to replace my old surround system
For the price it's a great bargain and definitely sounds better than some of the more expensive Soundbars that I am have heard!
If you buy this you won't be disappointed with it

Already have a Vizio M-series 4K TV, so the soundbar paired perfectly with that, as expected. I consider myself a budget audiophile, and I would be doing a disservice to others if I didn't put at least a modest, foaming-at-the-mouth review about this spectacular soundbar. First off, it is 2.1, so you won't be getting full 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound from it. That said, you should do your homework before you buy - if you're looking to furbish your home theater with something that approximates a movie experience, a stereo soundbar is not for you, so keep moving. If you are looking to upgrade your sub-par TV speakers, this soundbar will far exceed your expectations, and take your day to day TV enjoyment to another level. I'd like to start with the subwoofer: What appears to be a 5" speaker is like the little engine that could - it is fully capable of rattling the windowpanes, if that is your thing. They tuned and ported that thing with some pretty advanced physics, and the cutoff frequency is exactly where it needs to be. Voices are never "woofing" at me, rather it brings out the warmth and fullness in the dialogue without being overbearing, or being anything that disturbs the neighbors. Sudden crashes or booms can be felt in the chest, like you expect, but then the rest of the time the sub is just there, enhancing things just right. Moving on to the bar itself, it is sometimes hard to remember that there are only 2 speakers in the thing. It throws sound around the room to where you would pause the show to see where that "noise" was coming from. A lot of soundbars push mid frequencies forward in an effort to make dialogue more distinctive, and presumably easier to hear, but unnecessary adulteration of program material that has already been professionally produced can undo what those skilled professionals already spent days and weeks working on, and is really not to the benefit of the listener. What you have with the Vizio soundbar is something that will cleanly and clearly reproduce the source material, meaning it sounds like it was intended to sound. If you're having trouble hearing the dialogue on the Vizio, simply turn up the volume a little bit, and don't worry, you won't be overwhelmed when the movie takes a noisy turn. You're hearing what the producers and editors wanted you to hear. One of the best reasons to drive like an idiot and go buy one of these right now is if you like music. Please buy this soundbar and listen to your favorite music through it. Pairing bluetooth is extremely simple, and even low-res videos on Youtube sound obscenely good, probably thanks to the fact that it is a plain and simple stereo setup. The focus of the design was on 2 speakers and a sub, and Vizio nailed all three. Buy this now. Buy this now. Buy this now. Buy this now.

Overall the sound quality is very legit! It only took me maybe 5 minutes to install. Once it was hook up the only thing I had to do was change my sound source on my tv. Only thing I needed to do with the sub was plug it in and it was already synced with the sounder.
Soundbar Quality: Very Clear and very close to movie quality sound.
Subwoofer Quality: Gives a nice umph during action movies and even regular tv shows.
Excellent product especially for the price!

This replaced a Yamaha sound bar. It provides full rich sound, plenty of dynamic range. Movies from SHO and HBO sound great. Same for live sports on TV. Only small gripe is that the energy saver feature means you must re start the unit if you mute it for 10 minutes. And the remote does not interface with the one from cable co -- so you have to turn the sound on separately from the TV.

I got this Vizio sound system for my TV while it was on sale. It paired instantly with my Vizio TV. I replaced an older sound bar that was just Ok. This one eliminates the need for an extra remote as my TV remote will operate it!! Otherwise if you don’t have a Vizio TV, the system is still very easy to set up and comes with all the cables you need to connect to any TV. The remote is simple and basic. The Soundbar also will pair with Bluetooth so it can be used to listen to your music from phones, tablets, laptops Etc. the wireless Subwoofer is amazing. I have it setup behind me and it fills my living room with incredible bass. I actually have to turn the volume down during some movies as it gets too loud. The only little thing I would change is the the screen on the remote. It is Not backlit and very hard to see unless it is directly under a source of light. But not enough of an issue to remove a star. Maybe 1/2.

We were looking to upgrade the stock sound if our living room. Wanted good sound but didn’t want to spend a lot on it. Read reviews then demoed units in-store. Decided on this unit since it seemed to provide the best overall sound in it price range, $199 on sale for $149.
The sound bar provides clear vocals and mids to meet our needs. The little 5 1/4 subwoofer really impresses.
Overall, very satisfied with this decision. To top it off, while checking out, I noticed an open box item of this model for $50 less. Ended up at $107 OTD.
The Staff was really helpful!

I was debating back & forth for a while about getting a sound bar. I have never had my own but was interested in the one a friend had & he told me that it’s important to get a subwooofer but didn’t necessarily explain why. I came across this specific sound bar & compared it to a few others on the site before deciding that this one would be the best for my price range. Had it for a month now & I absolutely love it! Absolutely the best purchase that i’ve made in a while. It’s easy to setup & use. The sound on it is absolutely incredible & i’m still raving about how great the sound woofer is when listening to music or watching an action packed movie. Overall, it’s a great purchase! Definitely recommend it to anyone whether you’re in search for a new one or picking out your first.

I had just returned a speaker system and subwoofer to Walmart because it wasn’t comparable with my TV. Frustrated, I went to Best Buy in the hope of finding something under $200 that would work with my TV. I had an awesome salesman who guided me to exactly what I needed. I took the equipment home, plugged it in, and it started right up, no trouble. It works!! My hardwood floor vibrates when the subwoofer is on. So, yeah, I LOVE it!! The sound is spectacular.

Very pleasantly surprised. I have been going the AV receiver route for several years, owned 2 Onkyos, and was very happy with the quality of the sound. Problem was they did not last long enough. We decided to try the sound bar, a lot cheaper than a new AVR. The reviews were very good, and the price was right. The sound quality is really good for the size of our room. Crisp, clear, and the subwoofer can be heard, and felt. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for good sound, and not the full fledged surround sound experience. Great buy.

The best $161 I've ever spent on electronics.
My only issue is..when I turn up the Bass, the sound turns up also..at the same time.. I don't like that. Unless I'm doing something wrong.
This little thing gives great sound. I can't even turn it all the way up. It booms!!!... Easy set up too. I love it so much I purchased another one (totaling $323.) ..for my bedroom..but not from Best Buy because I couldn't get it in my area for pickup and they wouldn't deliver. Don't know why.
So I had to get it from T%$#=t..lol..But anywho, I'm enjoying my music and movies much better now! Thank you Vizio.

I like the performance of this soundbar and the sub is surprisingly stout, I wish it had a dial volume control on the back of it to fine tune the output. The remote shows + and - only. No degrees of tune. One click down and the screen shows a (-) sign. No matter how many times you click (-) the sub volume doesn't appear to change. One click (+) and volume goes up but then it appears to be overwhelming. I finally got the performance I was looking for by hiding it behind some upholstered furniture to absorb some of the reverb.

For my use, this actually rates 5 stars, but it might not for everyone. I use mine with my bedroom TV, so it's more than adequate. That being said, it's not the loudest, so if you're looking for a living room system that will turn your TV into the ultimate movie theater, you will probably be disappointed. For smaller rooms or for just a much fuller sound, with the depth a subwoofer adds, and it adds a lot, this is a great system. I did pick it up during the holidays for only $99, so at that price, it's awesome, as full price, my review might look a little different.
As for setup, plugged it in and it worked, no pairing, no fuss, just easy!

For awhile I've been interested in the Sony HT-Z9F bar because the sound quality is mind-blowing, but obviously I can't afford because of college. Was initially thinking of Sony's base model but decided to cave and buy me this soundbar. Let me just say it's the best $180 I've ever spent. Only major complaint I have is that the remote is very glitchy and won't allow you to individually adjust the different sound levels for bass sub and treble. Though not a game breaker it is a mildly infuriating, but the sound quality is well worth it. From this point forward until Im not having to live off less than 300 a week, ll be going with Vizio products from now on.

Sounds fantastic. Wireless base woofer adds a lot of bass. Plenty loud enough. I can only turn it up halfway in my condo. Looks nice. Woofer can hide away anywhere in you room. Remote is simple to use and unit has automatic shutoff. I can’t imagine anything sounding better and I see them for hundreds more. Bluetooth works great with my iPhone. It has replaced my stereo saving much space. I highly recommend!!

If you’re looking for a sound bar for $300 or less, this is the go to. It’s the best overall performance to price ratio. It was easy to set up and the sound is great. The sound is rich and full and fills the room. The wireless subwoofer connected easily and also sounds great. It adds a lot of depth and balance to the overall sound. The remote that comes with it is also pretty nice. The only drawback is that there is no screen on the bar itself. There is just a series of led dots that you need the manual to decipher. I would highly recommend this product.
