Good sound and volume level for a sound bar in this price range. The wireless woofer is an added touch. I stood in front of the soundbar display at bestbuy for a good 30 mins trying them all and comparing them. For the price, this one gave the best sound for all situations (music, action films, drama (conversation heavy scenes)). This soundbar gets very loud. My only complaints are the setup instructions are poorly written and there is no automatic on/off when using the optical input.

Don’t let the price fool you. The sound quality is greater than some sound bar costing twice as much. I have it connected via the supplied optical cable to my TV in my bedroom. This sound bar can be connected via Bluetooth to any device. I have it connected to my iPhone when I want to listen to music. Very easy to set up. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this Vizio soundbar.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this sound bar sounds. I hooked this sound bar up to my 40" Vizio TV in our bedroom and it matches well to the TV. The subwoofer gives out a nice base tone and it fills the room with good base and makes it feel like a more expensive unit. If you looking for a reasonably priced sound bar for a small room, I would recommend this sound bar.

Note: I went with an open box for $107, but I'd recommend this soundbar up till around maybe $160 (at the time of writing). Pros: Very good sound quality and clarity overall. For a non-surround system, it distinguishes left/right very well, and dialogue is always understandable. Movie sound effects are crisp and detailed, and most music genres play well. Bass is definitely not lacking as some reviews suggest - it can be loud if you want, while still blending with everything else. Cons: Sometimes sounds/effects can overpower the dialogue, though I'm not sure whether it's a soundbar issue or source issue. As for music, really heavy rock or metal does not sound great on this soundbar. The quality is there, but something with the tone doesn't seem to fit or represent the "heavy" sound well. Lastly, changing settings is a bit of a hassle. The soundbar itself has no display, and the one on the remote is small and unlit. Unless you have a very bright room, you'll have to hold the remote closely or at certain angles. Overall, I don't think anything else in the same price range has better bang for your buck. The Sony and Vizio bars don't sound quite as good, and even the $200 Samsung loses in terms of quality (but it has louder bass). Beyond that it's the more expensive Klipsch, but then you're literally in another tier.

Works great in a 14 x 18 foot room. The bass can be overwhelming if you don't adjust it carefully. It's primary weakness is no adjustable mid-range. But for the price, it is a great value.

This sound bar and subwoofer package feels more expensive than it is. Don't be discouraged it's not Samsung or Bose, it doesn't matter, this Vizio set sounds better than they do and brings you amazing sound for an amazing price. This is truly a win win! The bass is powerful and so is the subwoofer. If you're playing games, watching movies or TV, this will keep you enthralled in the action.

Our sounds quality is greatly improved with the addition of this sound bar. Having the subwoofer is a big plus. It was relatively easy to install, although the instructions could have been better. But the teenager in my house figured it out. My only complaint is that now we have another remote to deal with, but the sound is worth it.

Wow, if you don't currently own a soundbar stop reading this now and purchase! I never knew just how big of a difference a sound bar makes. I didn't want to worry about setting up two rear surround speakers, so I opted to go with this soundbar after seeing excellent reviews from well respected tech sites. So happy that I did! I can't believe what a value this price is. Soundbar is incredibly good, bass is fantastic. Produces a nice surround effect for not having additional speakers. Really, I can't recommended this highly enough. Awesome product that really makes a difference. P.S - don't just think this is to enhance action movies! My favorite feature might be that it makes it easier to hear audio at quiet volumes so I don't have to either use closed captioning, or feel like I'm going to wake my daughter up from volume being too loud.

Can't beat the price. The sound and quality is better than the Polk sound bar I just purchased for my other room. Super easy set-up. I don't really care for the fact that the electric cord plugs into the front of the woofer, but, not the end of the world. Sound quality is surprising.

Decent sound for a small area, fairly easy set up with Bluetooth speaker. I love it that I can Bluetooth my phone music when I’m not into watching TV.

I recently purchased this soundbar but not before looking at the reviews which rated it higher than the $250.00 BOSE soundbar. But when I got to Best Buy and listened to them I couldn't believe that it sounded better. So I second guessed myself and bought the BOSE. Kept it for about 2 weeks and was just not at all impressed with it. So I swapped it for the VIZIO and am completely happy. It has great sound and excellent bass. It gets loud and stays articulate. I'm in a condo so have to watch my volume but this has such good balance and clarity. I no longer have to turn up the volume to hear those freakin' movies where the voices are mixed too low. Take it from a musician, this is a groovy little soundbar with excellent sound.

This unit is amazing. I was surprised by the price, being so low compared to higher priced units, how great the sound is on this unit. It’s clear and crisp. The base is excellent. I’ve yet to try gaming with the unit but I’m sure it just standard tv sounds good then gaming will be awesome. This a great buy.

I purchased the LG SH3K and it started failing after a few days. I returned it and got this and boy am I glad I did. This sound bar is excellent for the price and sounds superb. PROS: 1. the sound bar is visually attractive. The lights come in handy as well. Much better than the LG. 2. Sound is full and clear, compared. 3. It comes with plenty cables which is a good look. LG only came with one. 4. Subwoofer sounds good as well. Cons: 1. The remote has buttons that don't pop out like a normal control so it takes some getting used to at first. Also has a little display but it aint LED so you cant really see it but it more than other controls offer. 2. As the picture shows, the subwoofer is gray, which I prefer black. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase. If you want a budget sound bar, look no more, buy this one. Listen to all the reviews. You will NOT regret it.

This sound bar with integrated bluetooth capability is great for the tv and allowing you to pair your devices was a nice bonus. It was on sale for $100 USD and is easily worth the price. The sound carries well over open spaces, the bass, and audio quality have been surprisingly good.

Excellent quality for the size and ease! Surround quality isnt bad for not having any satellite speakers. Ample bass out of the wirelessly connect subwoofer for a smaller living room or bedroom. Bought it on sale for $99. Value cant be beat. Also has bluetooth connection options.

Great sound bar, a 2.1 and a wireless subwoofer for $118? Are you serious? I question it too, I got it and installed it the same day, had some challenges with the setup however after that worked like a charm, great sound, my wife is impressed with the subwoofer :) and I love the movie that experience.

I’m pretty satisfied with this product as it significantly enhances the quality of the sounds coming from my TV shows and movies. The setup is quite straightforward and can be done in minutes. You really cannot ask for more for a 2.1 sound bar at such an affordable price tag!

I purchased this sound bar my job break room . These two speakers sound fantastic! I love the Bluetooth capability and the sub-woofer is also wireless connected to the sound bar. I was super impressed by this system. I promise you will NOT be disappointed by this purchase.

This item has amazing sound especially for the price bass sounds bold with music and movies. Setup is very easy but does lack with features that more expensive models have but if you don’t care about those and just care about good sound then this sound bar is a must bye.
