I bought this tv for my camper. I did not open the tv until we got to go camping. When we got to our camping resort, got our camper set up I opened the box to find a big crack in the top left hand side. Not what you want when you got 2 kids. Called bestbuy to see what could be done about the tv they told me to bring it in to let us see it before they can determine what they can do. We are on camping trip right now so we will see if bestbuy will help us out or not.

We bought this TV for my sister for Christmas and even though I have a 32" Vizio myself, I was truly jealous. Vizio I would say is the BEST brand TV out there today. The picture quality, ease of use, and functions are amazing. Also, one issue that arises with many TVs is dealing with audio quality and the need for external/home theater audio system. I can say you can purchase one if you want, but it is not necessary. Vizio is a top notch product with good lifespan. The audio, from what I have seen, does not degrade and is very clear. Also what is cool is the built in WiFi with the option to connect directly to Netflix and Hulu directly from your TV (I am unsure of Hulu; also a membership to Hulu and/or Netflix is required of course). A must buy!

The TV picture is decent when straight on. But I find that if you start to go off to the side the picture washes out a bit. The lack of control buttons on outside or edge of the unit frustrates my wife some. Having to find the remote to turn on or adjust the volume perks her bit. For the price not bad small TV. We had limited space horizontally in a cabinet in the bedroom and there were only like two TVs to pick from. Using the Wireless WIFI apps seem slow. One of my other TVs with App which is a Samsung unit brings up like Hulu quite quickly. So I know its not my network.

this TV was a smaller TV like I was looking for and also the lowest priced model that was a smart TV. I was disappointed that once I set it up in my basement it could not connect to our wifi even though when I held my iPad right next to it the iPad could. I ended up having to run an ethernet cord down to it directly from my router which I had hoped to avoid. Other than that it works well

This TV is very clear even in bright rooms and at up to 30 degree angles. Set up is easy and built in smart features work great. Menu navigation is a breeze as well. I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for a small / med TV for bright or dark rooms.

I have had a 24 inch Vizio E-series in another room for a couple of years and have been very happy with it, so I when I wanted to get a smart TV for my bedroom, I chose to get another. I would have liked to go with an even larger screen, but this is the biggest one that would fit my space. The smart TV allows me access to the extra programming that I wanted, without needing to buy and install a separate streaming device. While Vizio is not the only manufacturer of smart TV's under 30 inches, they have more models to offer and seem to have figured out the right formula. The combination of size, features, price, and a brand I could trust made my choice very easy. The E-series models were very highly rated by CNET, who said they offer "Unbeatable picture for the money", and " Vizio's E-Series likely represents the best value of 2014". So if you are like me and want a small, good quality smart TV, I would certainly recommend you check out the Vizio E-series 28 inch TV (or any other size in this line). You can spend a great deal more and possibly get a slightly better TV, but I think that it would be hard to find another TV that gives you better value for your money than this one.

There is no on/off - control buttons, must use remote only bad thing about it. All in all it has a good picture and the wifi can see a good distance away. I bought it for my RV. It's light and can be moved from BR to living area.

We are very pleased with this purchase . Easy to set up, program and use. Gives a wonderful picture and is a smart tv for additional features. Could not ask for more.

Great TV in our master bedroom. Perfect size and great picture. Only thing that could make it better is if the remote lite up.

I wanted a small'ish TV to put in my young son's room and this one has done everything I wanted. It's got a sharp picture, strong sound, smart WiFi features like Netflix and Amazon Prime, and even a clever remote. It's not the very best television (it's 720p and only 28") when compared with the newest and best out there, but if your needs are similar, you should be happy with the device.

Unfortunately, I had to buy this tv again because a household member knocked it over. Obviously I thought it was a great buy since I got it again! Clear picture, easy controls for a great price. My only complaint is there is no mechanism outside of the remote for turning it off and on.

Needed a flat panel for mounting in front of a treadmill in our home gym, and wanted to keep the costs low. But a SmartTV would be preferred for Amazon Prime and Netflix and Pandora streaming. Vizio offered this model, which was the perfect size for my needs, but packed with features, a responsive remote, easy set up, and a great picture with rich sound for the room. A screen this size is not expected to deliver home theater experience -- just good solid TV functionality with fast streaming. Not sure what WiFi standard it uses (I have 801.11ac in the house), but I have no complaints about the speed of loading a Netflix title and begin playing. Easily mounted to a basic full motion wall mount. I'm pleasantly surprised by this $200 unit.

Needed the lowest profile set to fit in cabinet space. Also wanted front speakers vs the typical rear. Nice streaming interface good wifi. Only issue is lack of buttons on the TV if you misplace the remote you are in trouble.

Purchased for my home office. Using TV with an HD Antenna and the picture is equal to that of my HD TV using Dish Network. Easy to set up, Netflix is right on the remote, it's a smart tv all in one. Highly recommended for that room in your house that needs an extra TV.

I bought this refurbished from BestBuy.com and hung it in my garage to watch while doing workouts. The volume is enough to be louder than my cycling trainer and I enjoy having the smart apps to watch VUDU, Netflix, and Amazon Prime while I can also look at weather or sports scores through Yahoo. Good product.

Vizio is a quality product for the budget. The size is a great fit for my desk and the smart features were easy to set up.

I bought this tv for my room and it happened to be on sale so I took a chance. So far I like it. It's just enough for my room size wise, I like the smart TV part of it as well. I would def recommend this tv.

Delivered quickly, packaged well. Appeared to be in original packaging, even though it was a no box item. Looked like new. one of the screws for the base wouldn't tighten down but seemed to be stable enough if TV wasn't moved around much. Turned it on and went through the process of finding my WIFI. After a few tries. It said it couldn't find a signal. I wanted this tv for the bedroom and WIFI box was in the front room, which meant it had to go around some corners to connect. I am not very tech savvy so gave up and decided to just get a regular tv that didn't have the Smart capabilities. Just plug in the Directv. But I think with help the Visio would have worked well and a perfect size to view in the bedroom.
