She likes to stream and also uses the tv as a monitor with her computer. Picture quality is good. Highly recommend this tv.

Good Picture - Bad Remote

My chief complaint is regarding the remote. The remote does not work and I believe the problem is in the TV itself. I wanted to return the TV to Best Buy for exchange only to find out that Best Buy now has a 15 day return policy. Boo! With the lack of the remote, we are now forced to use the buttons on the side of the TV. Because of this, I cannot recommend the TV.
