3rd Vizio, no problems, ez set up right out of box

My first TV had to be returned because it would go darker/lighter and louder/lower constantly while I was watching! I returned it on the recommendation of my cable technician after He was stumped by this problem. I exchanged for the same model and couldn't believe it had the same volume/brightness issues! What was the chance of me getting another "lemon"? My cable company sent yet another tech out TWICE and after very diligent efforts to correct the problem determined that it had to be the TV. Even calling VISIO and trying to go through their system check over the phone did not work. Again, I returned the VISIO but purchased a 28" Samsung SMART TV in its place this time. It is perfect! I wanted the Samsung originally but the VISIO was more reasonably priced and I had spoken to friends who were happy with their VISIO TVs. Bad decision or just bad luck???? Either way...it was very a very aggravating experience but Best Buy went out of their way to rectify the situation. I was delighted with their customer service!

My TV died and I needed another one but could not afford a new one. Found this one in an open box deal for an economical price. The color is good and so are the speakers. I can actually hear it. An improvement would be if the remote were lighted.

The TV is a great TV it has several things to view from cable to Netflix to listening to music on pandora.

I bought this TV as an open box, customer returned item for a discount. Best Buy had inspected it and clearly indicated condition, and it was a great deal. I originally planned on using it as a living room TV to replace a slightly smaller Vizio, but instead mounted this in my bedroom. The built in apps are great, as I dont need another device to view Netflix, Hulu Plus, or Amazon Video. All I had to do was connect a HDTV antenna to it, and it pulls in digital over-the-air channels well. I was so impressed with this TV, that I ended up purchasing the larger 32 inch version as well.

Bought TV for spare bedroom. Great picture and price. Perfect size.
