Very happy with TV, exceptional service & delivery

Your representative quickly located the order corrected the error with "correct shpping address" , and expedited the delivery. . We will order from Best Buy again!

I figured it was a manufactures defect however I exchanged that television for the exact model the following day and this one worked fine EXCEPT it had intermittent power problems. For example if you turn it off there is a chance it won't come back on..at least not for an hour or more, that happened twice in 3 weeks. Also the color is not very vivid on the television. I returned it for a better brand smart tv. If I hadn't been Best buy elite and had a 30 day return policy instead of the standard 2 weeks I would have been stuck with that "TV".
