Unexpected Poor Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this television after a Samsung LED television I had for 2 years stopped functioning. I had a Vizio television for a short period of time several years ago and had no complaints so I gave Vizio another try. Got the television home, and the picture was honestly horrible right out of the box. Using the menus I was able to get an OK picture, but the colors were still way off, and searching online for calibration recommendations for this Series Vizio left no results, only E-Series, which did not seem to help the picture for the D-Series. I ultimately returned the television and went with another product that I have not had to change any settings on out of the box. I'm not sure if I had a dud initially, but I would use some caution if you are thinking of purchasing this particular TV
