We purchased this TV for my father, who had an ancient TV with terrible audio. The Vizio has fine picture and decent audio, not quite as solid as we hoped but still a massive improvement. The best part about this purcahse was dealing with the store rep, who was very patient and informative. Really excellent job!

I love this tv. I was looking to get a smart tv but due to 2 hdmi ports and I have a smart Blu-Ray Player makes a great combo for great entertainment. Has Great picture. And Best Buy delivered the product ahead of time via UPS. Great service what can you expect for the top dog of electronics. Keep up the good work.

Great quality of the TV at a great price. Love it. I will tell my friends about these prices and how they price match with other stores. Plus the rewards points are another up side to buying items from best buy. I just might get another television for dorm room and my room at the house.

Spent time withe salesman before purchasing. He helped me compare several models before choosing this one. The picture was clearer and brighter then the other comparably priced models. Also bought a wall mount for it. Because of his insight of the purpose of this tv.

I purchased this television to put in a guest room and the people loved it. They thought the picture was wonderful and they enjoyed playing with the remote. They thought it was unique. I like the picture and for a television in the guest room this is perfect.

This Visio TV has one of the best pictures i have seen on a 32" flatscreen TV. Just as good if not better than some of the more expensive TV's i've seen. And with a price that can't be beat. This is my second Visio TV. Fantastic picture and sound.

I haven't had it long (little more than a month). The picture is good, setup was easy and Best Buy is easy to deal with. We'll see how the TV performs a year from now; but I am optimistic.

Love it. I received it less than a week. No issues at all, clear images and it has beautiful screen savers. It goes into sleep mode when theres no activity which is great if you fall asleep watching tv.

Good picture and sound quality. Perfect size for my room. The only con is there are no buttons on the TV but I knew that before purchasing it.

All in all, this is a great starter HDTV. It's inexpensive, has a good warranty, a solid picture, and can make for a good secondary TV if you already have an HDTV for you living room.

It is a bare bones model, however it has great picture. It's perfect size for a smaller room or bedroom. Bright picture with good black levels. Accurate colors. You can't beat the price!

TV was easy to set up, it replaced an old box style tv. The picture is really crisp and the price was right for a 32 inch, I bought one 7 years ago for almost 500 and this was 179

After comparing several tv's online and in the store, we chose this one because the picture quality was superior to the others of the same size and price range!

I've been looking for a replacement for my mom's very old tube TV, so anything is a step up already. Found this Vizio online and available as a "excellent" condition open-box item locally. Yes the box has been opened before, but the content inside looked brand new and unused. Everything works as advertised. While it's only a 720p TV, it is still a sharp and beautiful display. The sound is decently loud. I had a larger Vizio smart TV prior to this purchase, so I was happy to see this basic set has the same clean onscreen menu system and mom's happy. So a good buy!

Great tv — picture and sound quality are both wonderful. I wish there were a 35" version as that would fill my space better, but this size works just fine.
