Picture is great, perfect size for a bedroom. The remote control only works part of the time. It is very frustrating. Vizio customer service doesnt help much either.

Very easy to set up. I needed to all my cable company to find out haw to get my cable box to automatically recognize it so that the cable remote could operate the TV. Could benefit from another HDMI input

Bought this TV because I did not want to purchase better rated units from Chinese companies. I would give it a better rating if not for the poorly designed remote control. The buttons are tiny (and I have small hands!). To change channels using the number keypad, you have to hit the keys at just the right speed especially if more than one digit. The responsiveness is also super slow. The display font is tiny and I have not been able to find a way to enlarge it. It's not bad considering the price but not impressed.

I love Vizio TVs, it's my go to brand. Bought as replacement for bedroom.

Pleased with this product overall, still continuing to adjust the picture, as the default settings give a very washed out image. Again, pleased with this purchase, right size , fair price.

Purchased this for my Mom. She needs a TV with Analog audio outputs that she can use for headphones while others in the household use the speakers. It needed to fit in a specific space & the picture quality is Good

Not an easy to maneuver remote. I bought this to replace an old CRT television in my home office but I cannot receive local network channels on this TV. It has more than I need for just watching network TV and a couple channels like Netflix and the like. IT has a great picture and sound but if I can't get what I want to watch it is not useful for the most part. I would definitely recommend to a friend on the basis of quality but not for ease of use.

I bought this TV for our guest area sitting room. It is just the right size, and the color and resolution are absolutely great! Friends have commented on how much they enjoy watching it. I also appreciate how easy it was to return the TV I had previously bought (it was too small for the room) and get it exchanged for this one. The new TV was safely delivered on time, and all has been well ever since. I LOVE shopping at Best Buy!

Great value TV, can't complain. Vizio never dissapoints

This is good smart tv for the price. It’s easy to set up and use. It doesn’t have one feature that I wanted (the ability to add apps that were not pre-installed) so I returned it and purchased something else.
