Love the tv but the remote timer is not working and I have only had the tv for a month. Hate to take the whole thing back but the timer was a feature that is important to me.

Image is great, but it only has a 2.4 GHz wireless modem, so it tends to buffer a lot. I’ve tried running Speedtest’s with my phone right next to the TV and get good signal, so...

Had it in place for about a week. Picture is nice, setup was relatively easy, but updates from Vizio took about 10 minutes or so. Exploring features and remote took a little while, but okay.

Purchased this for my 14 year old grandson for his Christmas present. Because this is a smart TV we didn’t have to worry about cable hook up or messy wires. My daughter no longer has to fight for the TV as my grandson has his video games hooked up to his own TV in his room now. Screen clarity is excellent, use of apps is easy to maneuver, excellent purchase overall.

I needed a smaller TV for my room and this was a perfect size. I already own a larger Vizio TV so I knew exactly what I was getting when I bought this one. I like the fact that I am able to connect the TV to an ethernet port from my router so that I can have minimum buffering when streaming live tv and other streaming apps. I can also control the TV with my Alexa device. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone.

Was looking for this smaller size TV for an office room and found that all others this size (or smaller) are only in 720. The smart features are nicely laid out and easy to use/access.

This is an excellent alternative for computer monitor. A lot cheaper than getting a dedicated monitor. doubles as a tv and supports apple play to cast iPhone screen output. Great buy!

Great little TV for the money. Has a beautiful picture

Initially had some random power and connection issues. Had a tech support reset cycle and haven't had any issues since. Good picture, sound, and plenty of features. Ideal bedroom tv.

Happy with television. The young man who helped me at the store in Findlay, OH was super knowledgeable and helpful. The worst part of buying this product has been the constant e-mails that I have received since, and the fact that THIS survey is shockingly terrible. It is designed poorly, and functions poorly. And the idea that, to complete the survey, you are "required" to come up with a nickname is insulting and ridiculous. This survey has made me less likely to EVER buy anything at Best Buy or to recommend it to anyone.
