At first, my wife and I were leery of buying a HiSense having never heard of the brand, but we took it home and have been delighted. We think the colors are better than the old Vizio, and the crisp picture is a delight to behold.

Perfect little TV to add to the bedroom and to have all our extra services (Netflix, HULU, etc.) all at our finger tips. I thought was a little pricey, but I am a Clearance Queen so do not take too serious. Totally worth it.

I was looking for a tv for the grands to add their Roku to during the COVID-19 quarantine I actually started at Walmart for the lower budget but was so glad I held out and went to bestbuy new tv and a smart tv at that goodbye Roku! Everything all in one

It's no Sony in terms of being a "smart" TV (such as automatically turning on the entire entertainment system, but the TV works fine. I haven't had any issues with it. As other reviews have said though, prices for 32" smart TVs are nearly the same as for the much bigger versions, so value wise, you get much more money with a bigger set. If I had the room, I would go for the bigger TVs. Even from six feet away, it does look small.

Fairly easy set up, good quality sound, and the picture is clear and sharp. Great price.

This is my first smart tv. It freezes every now and then. Other than that, I absolutely love it.

I'm really enjoying my new Vizio TV. Great for my office. Great color great picture and the perfect size for this room. , This is my second Vizio TV which I bought about three years ago. Never had a any problems and I am very satisfied with both TV's.

It took a bit of tweeking the settings to get the best possible picture, but once you do, you will enjoy the clearest sharpest picture without having to keep making changes. All in all a truly good buy, I look forward to many years of great entertainment.

The picture quality is pretty good, but the "guts" of this TV are very cheap. I wanted a TV that had all the smart features and was somewhat inexpensive. When it works, its exactly what I was looking for, but when it doesn't … its a huge pain. Biggest issue is the WIFI - and on a "Smart TV", that's a pretty big issue. The WIFI doesn't seem to like to reconnect after the TV has been off for a while. There is also, no way to easily reset the wifi connection without forgetting it, then setting it back up. Additionally, it doesn't remember multiple wifi connections. It only remembers ONE password at a time. So even using a second WIFI (2.4ghz / 5ghz with different SSID's) doesn't work. Now everytime my daughter wants to watch TV with her friends, its a coin flip if Netflix is even going to come up.. Guess I'll have to buy a Roku or something... What a waste. Save yourself the trouble, spend a bit more and get something smarter.

Works good nice picture only power light blinks. I do have to say Vizio has great tech support

I purchased this TV for an extra bedroom. My granddaughter likes to watch TV in that room. She really likes the TV and finds it easy to operate. The TV has some nice features and the smart features work fine,

We bought this TV for our bedroom and we are very pleased with the quality of picture for the price.

The picture is great. Easy to set up. I don’t like that I don’t have the ability to access a lot of apps. So if you are looking and wanting a specific app this is not the TV for you. It also doesn't connect well with the internet. My other smart tv does but not this one
