The young sales person, was very informative and provided me with all the information I asked about this product.

Since it was so new, I called the retailer, but they referred me to Vizio. but I was able to get help to get it started again, and there have been no problems since. I live in bush Alaska, so service on any appliance is spotty.

Good price for the quality of the TV. I think I picked up the last one in stock at the time. This TV has a pretty picture and audio but the TV's settings is not user friendly
