It wasn't about the product...it was the service that followed the purchase of the product. That is were the concern came in. On your questions below...I need to see the process through before giving a final answer. Right now I am waiting on compensation for the (3) absolute stupid errors. I came to Best Buy to purchase 3 TV's, with technical support, time, and cost in mind. But again after purchase is went it went waaayy left....and on Super Bowl weekend!!

Not-so-Smart TV

The smart menu and features run incredibly slow and the input is unresponsive. Applications will crash regularly and often times, I can't even use Netflix. It will boot up and the screen will go black. Can then use other apps, but if I go back to Netflix, it still doesn't work. Since the user interface (UI) is so sluggish and terrible, I highly recommend only using this for HDMI. The picture and sound are good for the price.

Picture is average but tv is easy to set up. Would lean towards a Roku tv vs. a plain smart tv with more apps. Still works so that's a plus.
