Would not connect, and I got so frustrated and sad. Decide to return to Best Buy. Appreciate you for helping me out!!

Maybe mine is defective but I can’t return it because I got rid of the box too quickly. Very disappointed. The apps take forever to open if they even open at all and it freezes all the time. Very delayed. I’ve reset the whole system several times and nothing changes. I have the same tv in another room (bigger size) that’s works fine so it’s not my connection. Proceed with caution if you buy this tv. Keep the box until you know it works correctly!
