this tv is great , cheap, and has all the best apps to get started.

The color on this tv is really good and even the sound isn't so bad. It's not to bright or dark.

Started not working right two months after warranty expired. Would not turn on with remote...only with Firestick. Started reading reviews of this tv and others and saw the same complaint. Don't know what caused it but recommendations were to unplug the tv. That sort of worked. Now it will work with a new all in one remote but not the remote it came with.

I needed a tv to fit the space from my old 32” tube tv. Best features at this price point.

I ordered the Vizio 32" online and it was damaged upon arrival- I returned it to the Amherst NY store in person- I was dreading a hassle and didn't want to be without a TV but my experience was excellent- I was there less than 10 minutes- the pleasant associate replaced the Vizio 32" immediately (in store) and I was home with it set up within 90 minutes- Thank you- It is perfect.

Lots of options knowledgeable sales manager. I was there for 30 min trying to decide. My sales manager directed me in making my decision based on size money ratio. Thanks

I bought it so that we could AirPlay Apple Fitness+. While Airplay works fine, it does not work with Apple Fitness+. Other than this, the unit is decent, especially for the cost.

Visio is one of the first smart TVs. Easy to use, easy access to Hulu, Netflix and more. Price is right and it’s a dependable TV. I recommend it to you.

Will not link with Alexa. When I bought the tv I was supposed to get a credit for joining some membership. The girl that waited on me said yes you got the discount. No I didn’t, she left the area before she could fix it. Someone else had to do it. Looking for a sound bar and she said there was only one I could choose from. I bought it then walked past a shelf of sound bars. Found a better one than I bought and it was cheaper. I had to do another return. All she was about was a sale. Can’t say if I care if I ever go back.

I needed this TV as a monitor and it works great! Easy to install on my wall mount, too!

Ended up returning this one. We have two older Vizios and they have been pretty good. There aren't a lot of options for smaller TV's so I thought I try this one. Good price, but ultimately just too many problems to keep. Interface is VERY slow, screen will randomly refresh so you have to start over (which takes a long time), and the apps wouldn't work half the time. On the plus side, the picture seemed decent.
