Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV works OK, but the smart TV features are so in adequate that you can’t even watch main stream services like HBO max or fubo without having to use an Apple TV or a fire stick or connecting and streaming through your phone, which is not exactly convenient. Vizio is not a good platform, and I would stick to some thing that has Amazon fire. If I had known the Visio platform was so in adequate I would not have purchased this TV. I guess you get what you pay for

Posted .Hello Customer, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
