Great tv. Great picture! Five HDMI ports for lots of externals. Built in apps work well. Only issue is the sound is not as consistent or powerful as I would like. Sound is still more than acceptable.

I absolutely love this TV. It displays a beautiful picture as expected, so I urge anyone looking for a low-priced 4K TV to strongly consider this Vizio. I also urge you to not doubt this brand. Although the TV lacks some flashy features, such as a clean user interface (UI) and VP9 encoding (which allows for 4K content to be played on YouTube) along with the obvious lack of High Dynamic Range compatibility (which will cost you at the time of this writing more than $1K) it is surely a great choice for those looking to get the most bang out of their buck. To make things short and sweet, the picture is near-perfect (although some slight calibration might be necessary), the up-scaling is top notch, and the apps run very smoothly. My ONLY issue with the TV is its trouble with playing back 4K content from a USB. I advise using .mkv files instead of downloading from YouTube as again, the TV does not support VP9 encoding and also the internet does not seem to give a clear answer (as to what format to download). Also, if you don't have atleast 25mbps download speeds from your internet provider (ISP) you will not be able to fully and clearly stream TRUE 4K content from any of the apps. Also, don't let the price point fool you. This is NOT a lower end 4K television; some might even label it mid-range which would be accurate but I'd still more closely place it in-between mid-range and high-range. The TV comes packed with nearly every feature and app you would desire. HDMI 2.2 is supported as well, for any copyright protected devices or content you would connect (which is still not a standard port in many 4K TV's). Again, you would have to be pretty picky to not be satisfied with the TV, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. An honest review is what the people need! Regardless, I would highly recommend, even to someone whose budget is greater than the low price of this unit. Whether it be 43" or 65" the M-Series is a serious contender in today's 4K market.

I bought this back in December with my fantasy football winnings and couldn't be happier, I was comparing this tv against the Sony XBR43X830C and Samsung UN40JU6500 and chose the Vizio because of price and the amount of positive reviews. I followed the calibration settings on rtings.com to calibrate the picture (http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/vizio/m-series-2015/settings?uxtv=48fd). Would definitely recommend.

Easy setup and easy to use remote. Apps are easy access. 4K not available yet on Time Warner but picture is great on HD. The model I have has 5 HDMI's. Very good TV.

The TV was easy to set up and has good colors out of the box. Find a calibration online to perfect the picture. The smart functions of the TV work well, the only reason I can't give this 5 Stars is the lack of a web browser on Vizio TV's, but I knew that when I bought it. The remote is awesome because it has a full keyboard on the back, making using the smart functions of the TV much easier, without having to upgrade to a better remote.

Love the TV. Very clear. Perfect size for bedroom or office. 5 hdmi slots was a key. Perfect for presentations at work off a computer. Easy To use with Apple TV and crystal clear picture for normal HD cable

I looked at all brands and decided on the Vizio because it was the best bang for the buck. Just make sure you get 240HZ on the refresh rate because that translate to 120HZ on almost all manufacturers. This model is a 4K and has only a 120HZ refresh rate which is truly 60HZ and that is the only drawback if you are watching a lot of high action sports or gaming a lot. The set up is super easy and user friendly. The picture is still awesome even at a 60HZ refresh rate.

Very happy with this set. Doing research I see the M series Vizio 4k sets have a very good upscaler. My blurays and PS4 games look as good or even better than on my 1080p set. Scaler seems to clean up some rough edges. Also the M series has the lowest input lag for any 4K set or 90 percent of the 1080p sets. Input lag on HDMI 5 with gaming mode on is 18.7ms which is amazing for a full size set. It also has great local dimming so darks stay dark when there are bright parts on the screen. The remote is very nice and easy to use with a full keyboard on the other side of it. Netflix in 4k works fine. For the price and features this is a quality steal.

This is a really exceptional buy. What you get is a tv, with built in 4k apps such as Netflix,Amazon Prime. It has very good picture quality and sound. What is nice about tv is it has the proper connections needed for HDMI 2.0 60hz. My only complaint is does need some calibration to get just the right picture, and that one side of remote is not backlit. Overall, you get really perfect entry into 4k. I play alot of videogames and feel it is always clear.

I was shopping for a 4k tv but didn't know if I wanted to spend a lot of money on it. This went on sale and I instantly jumped on this deal. The sound quality for being stock speakers is very solid. Colors POP! Very natural looking. Most TVs in this price range were only 60hz so getting one of this size and price was a steal.

Very nice picture with a great host of options. Among the best, are the remote w/ integrated keyboard. The remote also grants immediate access to netflix, hulu, and an array of other wifi options. Couple this tv with a matching ViZio sound bar and you've got a wonderful set up. The only reason this did not get a perfect score is that the picture tends to lose it's definition (appears pale) while sitting 6 or more feet to the side.

Best 4K TV for the price. Excellent picture. I cannot comment on the sound. I am running all of my audio and visual devices through a Yamaha RX-V477 and the sound comes out of surround speakers. I am using this in my office and is the third screen of my office computing system. Great videos from the computer. I did do some minor tweaking of the settings based on other reviews. Super device!

Phenomenal picture. I like the picture on this better than the supposed premium screens from Samsung and Sony. I was weary based on the incredible price, but gaming in 4k, streaming in 4k, and upscaled 1080p content looks as good as any screen I've seen in person. I could not be happier with this purchase. If I had one qualm, it would be the low resolution menus on this TV's smart features

I have been a samsung TV person since I have started getting LCD TVs. I've always stayed with them when I went to LED and this TV was going to just be a bedroom TV, so I thought I would save a few bucks. The Vizio TV was great. The remote had a keyboard on the other side, allowing me to login to my Hulu, Netflix and other Apps very easily. The 4k looks great and the ease to move around is great. I had a smart TV downstairs and really never used it because it was so slow to load. This is not the case with this TV. It loads very quickly and switches between apps very well.

This Vizio TV is a great value. Great picture and sound at a very reasonable price. TV was lightweight and was easy to get mounted to the wall. Smart TV functions all worked without issue.

This is absolutely a great TV for the money you can absolutely not beat it. Especially with it being a 4k Ultra HD TV. I originally was going to buy a Samsung that was $60 less and the saleswoman talk me into getting this one because of the way higher quality.

My sole purpose for this TV/Monitor was to use it as a Mac Pro display, Xbox One, PS4 and Firestick/apple TV on a large computer desk. I have to say, this is THE BEST display I've seen so far. I've researched a lot of TVs for use as a computer monitor, and this one had high ratings especially for the low price. All I can say is WOW. I bought a second one for that reason. Would also highly recommend as using it as a TV. 4K images and video are unreal on this display. The built in Smart Apps are ok, but some apps do lag, but I have no plans on using them.

First one I took home had vertical hold issues with the picture from the get go. Exchanged without any problem and the second one is terrific. Very good picture and modes are friendly for customizing the color or appearance. Connectivity has been flawless. I appreciate the keyboard on remote for use in the apps.

I've had this TV for about a week now and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. The picture quality is out of this world and the sound quality is impressive. I currently have the TV in a smaller bedroom, but I can hear the TV from 2 rooms down at a volume level of 10 (which is REALLY low on the scale). Easy to install and set up. The Smart TV feature is easy to use. You really can't find a better product for the price!! Will definitely buy another Vizio when its time to replace the living room TV

Its like looking thru a window, amazing clarity and sleek in lines and border narrow. I see such a difference in the pixels from my 1280 TV. U can see up close as well as from across the room. Ultra high def with Vizio rated only second to Samsung and Vizio cheaper. Two of my friends bought same TV and enjoy immensley. We never compared notes til after purchases! But we all did our homework.
