Best Buy sales associate was knowledgeable and kind, and he went to check in the back to see if TV was available. And he found it. TV isn't the best. Fine for now. Needed for a smaller space. Limited choices in size 43". Should have got the Samsung.

The image looked really funny at first. I changed the HDMI cable and then adjust the setting and it works as intended.

Nice cost effective tv. Ours is to be mounted inside a gang box on a construction site for coordination.

Sound turned off or quit several times and had to reset the TV that controls the sound. Not factory reset, but TV reset. Factory reset is on my next problem. After having a sharp for 25 years and never doing anything but turn it on and off, this one is annoying.
