I Love the TV, We can:t get the TV to work ,yet! I call and we have to wait two to three weeks, so it is still in the BOX. I have already paid my first payment, and I am getting ready to paid my second one, and its still in the BOX. Thank You. Toni Liskey.

This TV had no way to connect it to the cable , No cable connection and I had nothing else to use . I bought this for my sick dad , He needed it to be uncomplicated . It would be fine if you had the VCR , DVD , other devices to use with it , I could not .

Decided to purchase a new TV due to the great prices at Best Buy. I have heard many good things about Vizio brand from family and friends. I couldn't pass up the great deal. I am so thrilled with my purchase and would recommend this brand to anyone.

Nice budget tv, screen quality is crisp. Not a big fan of the stand brackets though.

Great TV only thing missing is HDR other than that can't beat it for the price!!

After a small problem with the item not being delivered on the date promised, but received the item the very next after I notified Best Buy that I had not received the TV. Very satisfied overall on how I was treated as a first time buyer. .

I bought this t.v. to replace my old sony. I was under the impression that i was getting a super deal for a 4k unit in that price. Sandly, there where more shortcomings (at least for me) in this unit that good things. While doing the initial setup, i noticed that you can only do this via your smartphone or tablet. The remote that comes with it is only for the most basic stuff as on/off, volume, and inputs. It has no wifi direct for the smart controls, everythings is via your home network. No t.v. tuner, so it's basicly a display monitor. All the apps are managed with chromecast.and if you are watching from a source that is lower that 4k it looks awful. The colors, the dark blacks, everything. So, took it back and paid a little bit extra for a sony wd-650. Is not 4k but it looks a hundred times better and has better interface with everything at my home.

I should've read more about SmartCast. I thought you'd be able to use the remote to access Netflix. Totally wrong. You have to download an app to even access the settings menu. I should've paid the extra $50 for a tv that actually had Menu access.

Purchased this TV on sale... very easy to set up, no problems getting app installed on device for remote feature, user friendly. The only negative is sound/volume level seems lower than most TVs this size. Picture quality is A1.

great pic, but buyer beware, Vizio requires you to download their app, and create an account (and sign your life away for marketing) to use all of the features of this TV. In my opinion, this is very misleading, and it is not a Smart TV.

Good tv so far, no problems. Easy set up. I would gladly recommend it.
