Not what I expected

The picture quality is not as realistic but I was told that it was better than the LG and the SmartCast is not user friendly. It's says that it's paired to my phone but when I click a show to watch it says "not connected" it doesn't even show up as a device on my Netflix or Hulu accounts. Wouldn't buy this again I just love the size.
