Which I thought was an incredible deal for a 4K television set. But after owning it for 30 days and having to change my Roku to a 4K Roku and my Internet connection to wired in order to run 4k... The picture does not look any better than 1080 P! My recommendation would be to spend the extra two or $300 for a higher quality set.

I'd recommend double checking within the app to ensure that the show or movie you're watching is being transmitted in 4K. Had the cable set up the following Tuesday and the installer told me the audio wasn't working but he had a work around. Lived with the work around for a week then called in for a Geek Squad technician to come out. When I tried calling I was hung up on twice so I went to the store for help. They were also hung up on. Eventually I got someone on the phone who set up an appointment. The first technician came out and diagnosed the problem. He immediately ordered parts, set up the appointment, and told me they would send me tracking info for the delivery. A week passes and no tracking or parts. So the technician can't do anything at the scheduled appointment. I call Geek Squad and they can't even find the tracking for the delivery. The parts eventually showed up later that evening. And here I am currently waiting for a technician who is now 2 hours late on a 4 hour service window. But luckily I have these new parts and a 48 inch paper weight. Not only would I not recommend this product I wouldn't recommend Best Buy. Terrible service on this one.
