This tv is great for somebody who is looking for a tv used with streaming devices and hdmi connections. I do not have cable, so having a tuner is not something I needed when I was shopping for a new tv. If you need a tuner, do not buy this tv. The picture is amazing, but the sound isn't good. I ended up getting a soundbar for the tv.

upgrading from a 9 year old Sony Bravia LCD that was great at the time. This 4k is really good. Quality looks amazing. I've notice that sometimes the auto dimming occurs in dark scenes on the tv. In dark scenes the tv sometimes glares the light from windows is the only downfall. Just make sure to have windows covered with curtains.

With the built in Chromecast and the quality of the 4K resolution I really have no complaints. I really have no say for not having a TV Tuner because whats the use of buying a UHDTV for that? but overall for the price you pay this is a good starter TV for those wanting to transitition to 4K without taking a hit from your wallet.

The picture quality is great, I love that you can cast directly to the TV without needing to connect extra devices. The 4k picture is amazing. Definitely recommend it great TV for a great value.

We love this TV. Crisp picture. Sound is good. The only problem we have is that on 2 occasions the picture would go dark for a few seconds here and there. Thought it had something to do with the sunlight shining on it. Not sure if that was it. Turned the TV off, and it was fine. Final review, I would buy it again.

We love our Vizio - 48 Class (47.5 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD Home Theater Display. The only thing that they did not tell us is that if you are connected via satellite, you need to upgrade to a 4K satellite system. I really wish the speakers were a little better, but we can and do use our sound bar a lot.

I bought this Samsung ultra HD TV after waiting for quite along time for this technology in a smaller size. I love the picture quality and ease of set up with sound bar and HD Blu-Ray dvd player

I did not like having to use my tablet to set up the television. It was either that or my phone; no other way for initial set-up. I'm not sure I would have bought it if I'd been aware, wish the salesman would have warned me. Picture and sound are good.

This tv has a great picture and I love the smart TV feature. We love being able to you tube videos to help with DIY projects and see them on the "big screen" vs the tiny screen of your phone.

Hadn't planned on buying a new TV, but the name and price, figured why not. The picture quality is excellent, enjoy being able to watch you tube on it. Good deal, great price, recommend

I did a lot of looking around before purchasing the tv. After looking at all features of the Vizio I decided it was th best bang for my buck. Great picture and love the smart tv feature.

We really like all our Vizio TV'S and this one is proving to fit right in. I was concerned that I would have to control it from my I-phone but it was easy to set up and I will only have to use it when I want to watch Netflix. Still learning what all this smart TV can do but so far I'm pleased.

TV image looks great and functions exactly as it's supposed to, but be weary as it's easy to mistake this for a Smart TV, which it is not. This TV does not house apps on it, instead you use standard apps on your phone and stream them to the TV. Take note however that your phone is likely unable to stream 4k content to the TV, so don't expect to watch anything in 4k unless you have a 4k console (like ps4 pro or a 4k blu ray player) Also note that this TV's remote has virtually no functions, you are required to do nearly everything via your smart phone. Personally this was such an inconvenience to me I decided to return the TV and get a smart tv instead.

Great picture quality. Only drawback is that you need to use your smartphone as the remote for the wifi. I knew that going in but you can't beat the price of the TV

First one had to be replaced totally. It was a lemon. The replacement still about 90% of the time has no audio when I first turn it on. Turning off and on several times usually fixes this but not pleased. Technician has no idea what's wrong but is researching it. Picture is great!

I like this tv,Vizio 48 4k 120hz, but I don't like the smart cast app...tablet not included with the E model. I'd prefer a remote over the app. It took an hour or more and a call to customer service to get it to connect. Worked with my tablet pro but really quirky with my note 3

I purchased this for my beach condo to be installed on the wall! It is a perfect size and has beautiful color! I added a soundbar which is the icing on the cake!

After reading many reviews and weighing whether we would need a tuner, we purchased this tv on sale. Very happy with the picture. The sound is ok but we have a soundbar anyway. The tv does not have any apps on it. Instead you can cast directly to it from apps and web browsers that support it. When casting the tv connects directly to the source and pulls the movie or music directly. You still control the play pause from your phone or casting device. The remote for the tv is very simple. You have to download the Visio SmartCast app to fully configure the tv, including for first time use. The smart cast app has links to other apps that support casting. Several web browsers also support casting. Overall we are very happy with the tv. We haven't watched an over the air broadcast in 20 years so the no tv tuner hasn't bothered us. 4K streams from YouTube and such look great. Not a lot of content yet though.

Great picture, but it does need a good internet connection in order to stream 4K.

Love this Tv. Great image beautiful colors. When 4K is streaming it looks so close to real it me feel as if i am physically there. Definitely a great buy.
