I wanted surround sound but not the hassle of a A/V receiver, and something simple the family could use and enjoy. This is it. Very easy to set up. Did need the manual the first time through the menu, but had it up and running in minutes. Subwoofer is wireless, small rear speakers plug into the subwoofer so subwoofer needs to be in the rear of the room.

The Vizio sound bar system has really a surprisingly great sound quality, so glad we purchased it, for the money it can't be beat, would highly recommend this system.

Love the Bluetooth connectivity. Great sound for either livingroom or bedrooms.

I like nearly everything about this system. It's plenty loud when you want it to be, it is easy to setup and configure, and the wireless connection to the sub is flawless. Plus, although the rear surround speakers are wired, they only run to the sub which is also in the rear of my living room. Saves running wires around the room or under the carpet. My only issue is that it takes some tweaking to quiet it down. If you have an open-ish space, it's hard to dial it in if you want to let someone sleep in the other room. It goes from somewhat quiet, to mute. Otherwise, it's really good. Only reason I gave it a 4 on value is because the price on it dropped only a couple weeks after I bought it. Now it's even better value.

I have been using this for about two months now. Everything works great and the sound quality is high. The bass can be a little overwhelming as I have turned it all the way down and it still thumps pretty good. I wish the speakers were wireless, but the product overall is better than I expected it to be.

I am not an audiophile, but I can tell that this sound bar is pretty good. I did get it at a discount which put it at around the same price as the 2.1 version. I like the richness of the sound, but the incremental changes in volume make it difficult to give this product 5 stars. The gradient of volume changes is not that refined, so each bump up in volume increases overall volume by quite a bit. I like the wireless sub feature, and the satellites have enough cable to suit my needs. I think the programming feature of the volume and mute keys of the television you use is also pretty great. It has many settings and adjustments so I can't wait to discover what they all do. I wish the display on the control was backlit, but overall it is a good product. Added benefit of having bluetooth for connecting my phone I also wish that had audio out as well as my setup could be greater if it did.

It's a great choice for your home theater setup! You will never have to worry about not having enough volume, it's got plenty with no distortion. The surround sound is good, hardly any fiddling to get it sounding great. I've had several high end systems that are complicated that don't give you anything more than what this sound bar brings. You really can't go wrong. Very happy that Best buy carries Vizio now!

This is my first foray into non-pre-installed speakers for my television. I watch a lot of films and play a fair number of games but don't watch much regular television. It's OK for movies, I especially love it for games - surprised the police have not been called yet for a gun fight in the neighborhood. Next time I buy a set I will opt for wireless instead though.

I got this to give to someone as a housewarming gift. But I have to say I love this sound bar! was skeptical at first, but it really surprised me. Rich sounds and deep base. The Bluetooth Connectivity for Spotify on my tablet is an awesome touch. I really want to buy one for myself now!

Bought set to go with Vizio 55"M series. Very nice compliment to the set as the TV speakers are terrible. It's the best sounding set I've found in this price range. I am using it in a moderately sized living room and it has a nice range. Relatively easy set up, but not a lot of ability to fine tune the sound. I also am using it with iPad and iPhone which was easy to pair.

I bought this to go along with my new Vizio 70" TV and it is a great addition. The aux input is great along with the bluetooth functionality. I really wanted a surround sound without having to deal with all the wires. This was the perfect fit for me and my budget. I'm not an audiophile, I just like to be able to feel/hear my TV, movies and sports. This does everything I want/need.

This was my first attempt at surround sound. We love it and it was fairly easy to setup. I hearing is not the best and we decided to see if the surround sound would help with the hearing problem. The only complaint I have is i find myself watching more TV than I use to watch.

This Soundbar system is worth it's value. It's a 5.1 meaning you get true surround sound with a.soundbar, subwoofer, and 2 speakers. I chose this over Samsung because I have a Vizio HDTV and this was only $20.00 more than a 2.1 Samsung Soundbar. This is great for it's value!
