Great TV but a bit dark

My last Visio had a slide out keyboard to enter all the user infoand passwords for the accounts to set up the Smart TV features.

This is the second Vizio I have purchased and I love it! The price was right, and the picture is amazing. The only negative I have is the sound. The speakers are mounted on the bottom of the TV and aren't the best. Luckily, I already had a surround sound system so I use it to hear better.
