Sound delay

There is a sound delay where the sound doesn't match up with the mouth moving. It's like watching something in another language. Vizio wasn't much help and Geek Squad definitely wasn't. Picture quality is ok. Nothing special.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. If you are using an external sound system such as a sound bar or audio receiver you can adjust the lip sync setting through the SmartCast App. This will allow you to sync up audio to video. This may take some trial and error but should resolve the issue for you.

First TV I had that broke in less than 10 years. I guess that’s what they mean by planned obsolescence.

Did not like the fact you have to download an App to make advanced adjustments on this TV. Without this ability you could not adjust the picture quality. It was washed out and blurry. Don't know if there was something wrong with this one but didn't have the time to figure it out. It was quicker to go back to the store and swapped it out with a Sony. I bought this for a Senior customer and there was no way they could even begin to figure it out! Send a remote that controls ALL functions on the TV !

Died after 2 years
