Worst tv I've ever purchased
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The quality of this product is fine but I returned it shortly after opening the box due to Vizios vcast technology they have implemented it's clunky and not user friendly at all and coupling that with the fact that you can't actually use apps on the tv with out casting it from your phone was a big draw back for me hence why it is no longer on my wall

Worst TV!

This TV is not a smart TV you have to hook it up to your phone to make it a smart TV and you have to use your phone as the remote. The remote that comes with the TV you can't even access the options for the TV. I would never recommend this TV to anybody. The one thing I can promise is that this is not the TV you are looking for.

the tv has an excellent picture when it works

I hooked it up to an antenna and it works sometimes I have 2 other tv's hooked up to the same antenna and get signals all the time. Now I know why it was on sale it doesn't work. Maybe it has worked out great for other people but for me it has been horrible.

Sound sucks

Freezes

I can't get the channel to change, neither the volume will adjust, and it won't power down. I am forced to Unplug the power in order to reset the tv. This occurs every day.

Not what I expected.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you saw in the store. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.
