Have this home, hung in wall, using for a few weeks now. After fiddling with the picture a bit, have it looking really nice. Quality is very good. More discriminating people will probably be critical, but for only $1500, I'll take it. 4k content does look amazing.

I looked at a lot TVs and lots of reviews before choosing the 65 inch Vizio. It has a great picture, easy menus to navigate, and a great picture. It takes a little getting used to the 4k upconversion, but now i wouldnt have it any other way.

Open box item on discount, old floor model but in great condition. Its our 2nd open box item we've bought from Best Buy. Matt in TV was the sole reason we bought the TV. We didnt think we wanted 4K but it turns out that's exactly what my husband wanted. Its our first VIZIO tv and it works wonderfully. Very impressed with our VIZIO 65' 4K tv. We got an extra 10% off the already discounted price for the TV being open box.

Overall very satisfied. The remote is terrible-specifically the lousy keypad on the reverse side. Most often very unresponsive/unreliable. Poor design.
Had problems with dropping of wifi signal when using Apple TV
Hooked up a JBL SB400 sound bar-awesome rich sound. If Vizio came up with a better remote, possibly then 5 star.

I bought this TV for my family for Christmas. We liked it so much we bought another one for the basement. The tv's picture settings might have to be changed depending on the lighting in your room and your personal preference.

We purchased it out of box display model. When we got it home it glitches every 2-3 minutes. Best Buy wouldn't exchange or fix it Only return it. Called Visio, they were very professional and courteous. And are shipping us a year newer model for free delivering/setting up for free. Great customer service Visio! Dissapointed in Best Buy though for not making it right. Tv would be amazing it if wasn't Glitching.

My first LCD was a vizio from another store 6 years ago. I trust this brand. It started as a budget brand and in fairness still is. But the quality and durability exceed expectation. Initially I wanted the e series 70 inch however the picture quality and features sold me. The upconvert works great. The refresh rate seems Erie at first like life like movement. However it is a nice not having a blur. Can't wait for football season. The remote has a full keyboard which makes searching great. Apps are bountiful and ones we commonly use. I have it paired with a 2.1 vizio sou,d bar and am satisfied. Overall use is clear and efficient. It looks amazing. And once your friends come over they may not leave. Love this thing.

This television was my first foray into the 4k revolution and I love it!
Since there really isn't a lot of 4k content available I decided to pay the few bucks extra per month to upgrade my Netflix package. Their 4K selection is quite limited, but from the sounds of it, I think they're going to push this a lot more and it's a priority for them. I don't expect to see any 4K television broadcasts in the near future, so I figured this would be a nice way to utilize this television to it's fullest potential. I threw on some House of Cards and Blacklist episodes from Netflix and the quality is out of this world! It's awesome to see the makeup lines and every fly-away hair on an actress. It reminds me of first watching sport broadcasts in 1080 and you could nearly see the blades of grass on the turf and the bugs swarming around the stadium lights. This level of quality truly surpasses anything I ever imagined.
Setup was a breeze and the qwerty keyboard is a great addition! You just need to make sure that you point the IR lights on the side of the remote at the television when typing otherwise it will miss the keystrokes.

I bought this tv from Best Buy online for my eighty year old mother about a year ago. Visiting her house this week I noticed a yellow shadow that is quite noticable when there is a light background. Called Best Buy and Visio. Neither will stand by their product and both recommended buying a new tv. Not from Best Buy or Visio.

First I will start by saying I am a diehard Samsung fan! I went to BestBuy with every intention of spending $2,500.00 on a new Samsung 4k TV with all the bells and whistles. After seeing the Vizio on display and comparing the picture quality to several other tvs,for me it just did not make sense to spend almost another $1,000.00 for a Samsung product. The only thing I would be gaining for another 1k was the name Samsung and 3D.I have read the reviews & the pros and cons on the BestBuys website on every major brand of TV there is! I have learned that no one TV is perfect and because technology is changing so fast the all have some room for improvement, even Samsung. Now on to my review of this TV.I have owned it now for around 3 months. The picture is amazing and more importantly than that it has very natural colors. After the excitement of having a new TV wears off you will still appreciate daily how accurately this TV producers natural lifelike colors.Blu-Ray movies HD and 4k programming is where this TV will be appreciated most! The upscaling on this TV is very good from HD on up.If the signal is a low quality you are going to notice on this TV because it is so big.It is not a problem with the TV! From what I have read on all large screen tvs, when the signal is 720p or less it will be noticeable. It is like blowing up a low quality picture on your phone, you are going to notice the difference. That being said, you don't buy a tv like this to watch low quality signals. You buy this to watch stunning HD,Blu-Ray,and 4k content! There is little 4k to watch right now but that will change in the coming months. For an investment of $1,500.00 you will not get more from any other TV manufacturer for your hard earned $ than what Vizio is offering. For another $1,000.00 the only thing you will be gaining is a name and 3D.If that makes it worth it to you than by all means by a Samsung. For me I took the money I saved and bought a PS4 and a new high speed router! Money well spent all the way around!!!!

Vizio M Series bring the perfect balance of motion rate and color without paying the rate of the big boys. Dont get me wrong, if you want the best color go Samsung 7k series or higher and if you want the best Motion go Sony. But if you don't want to spend a ton and want a high quality 4k TV with great apps and features go with the m series and just pick you size. Stay away fropm the d series though.

Great picture. So-so sound. Get a sound bar. Picture has great color and depth. Almost feels 3D. Some pixilation in the darker areas of older films, but still learning the ins and outs of the picture settings, so it might be the way it's set up. Love the qwerty keyboard on the remote. 4K streamed content off Netflix looks amazing.

This TV replaced a high end Pioneer Kuro 50 plasma TV. Easy initial setup out of the box. I suggest that you read the picture setup adjustments on CNet.com review of this model and then adjust to your preference. My preference and programming was brighter, sharper, and lighter than most. There are lots of picture options and adjustment as well as audio adjustments. It took a few days of adjustments to find my ideal settings for my taste, programs, and room setup. Built in TV speakers are barely usuable and the Vizio 38 or 40 soundbar or comparable external speaker system is recommended. Once setup and adjusted, the picture is actually quite close to a high quality plasma. Deep black levels, excellent sharpness and full colors. With the Vizio 40 5.1 speakers, excellent audio with both Dolby and DTS functions. Overall, for this price point and size, an excellent choice.

This is a beautiful TV, super easy to use, great picture. You will need a good sound bar to compliment the big picture with big sound. Quick and easy to hook up the Wi-Fi along with navigating through the smart tv apps. Love the qwerty keyboard on the back side of the remote. This is a necessity and not a luxury. Great job on this feature Vizio.

With some calibrated settings (you can find these online), this is a great 4K TV. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is there are definitely better ones out there. The OLED ones blow this out of the water, but they also cost about four times as much. For the price this is easily one of the best 4K TVs out there. No 3D support, and some smart TV features that some users would probably find lacking, but those were not important features to me. If you're looking for a $1500 or less 4K TV in this size range I don't think you can go wrong with this set.

I had been looking at the new 4K TVs for the last year and when my 10 year old 1080P DLP TV died, I went to Best Buy to take a look. The pictures are unbelievable, particularly at the 60" and larger sizes. I also wanted to be able to type into the search functions, rather than moving around a virtual keyboard and selecting. This TV's remote has a keyboard on the back--so that made the difference for me between this and some of the more expensive models from Sony and Samsung.
The picture is spectacular! I am very happy with this TV!

After reading several reviews on other people saying that the remote was ridiculous and blah blah...I have to say that they don't know what they are talking about! The full keyboard on the back of the remote is for when you're typing in your emails or used when on Facebook which is an app that comes on the tv. There might be better tv's out there but I am definitely in love with it! Definitely needs the sound bar that we got with it. It truly maximizes the experience.

It's been 2 weeks now since I've had this set. Games look amazing and Blu-ray looks like I'm watching a stage play. The upscale feature on HD material gives it a slightly live look and took some getting used to. For the price this is a great set. 4k streaming is amazing through Netflix and Amazon Prime. I'm still tweaking the settings but overall I am very satisfied with this purchase so far. The smart feature has worked with no issues either. I would recommend this set for anyone interested in a affordable 4k set. The performance is well above the price range.

Brought it home and unboxed it. Hooked it up and was watching TV within 30 minutes of unboxing. easy to install and set up. WIFI ready is great. Had to return Item only because it was replacing a 73 inch Mits, so it was a bit small. The picture was amazing for the 8 hours we had it. Vizio has been known as the college mans TV, however that image is being changed by the M series that is out. You do pay less for the VIzio compared to other brands, you do get what you pay for however I think bang for your buck on a price minded person this is a no brainer.

Really have enjoyed this TV so far - and the remote control with the full QWERTY keyboard on the back has been really convenient to log in to streaming services, register the device, etc.
The picture quality has been very good to my eye, and we have it in our living room with lots of natural light during the day -- it performs really well in that environment!
I couldn't be happier with the TV!
