I recall the store clerk did mention that this TV did NOT have a digital tuner (for cable TV hookup), but I didn't consider the headache of having to use 2 separate remotes just to watch TV. The picture quality is great, but I decided to return this TV for one with a tuner.

Great TV but a poor remote

The TV remote is limited and Vizio requires you to download an app for your phone to run the TV. The app works great once you sync it to the TV. Additionally, the TV does not have a tuner so you cannot use a digital antenna to get local channels. It is setup for streaming however. The remote is the only downside.
