After reading a number of reviews, I really contemplated not buying this TV. I'm glad I thought about it again. I can see how someone who has problems using a smartphone would have difficulty with some features, but if you know how to download a phone app, you can use this TV. It's not hard. Tuners for me just get in the way. If you have dish or cable, you are set. The picture is awesome. Black is black...not gray splotches. Sound is very good.... solid. You can cast straight from Netflix and YouTube with ease. The TV responds very quickly. Beware. You can't cast Amazon movies to chromcast. Then again. If you have Roku or PlayStation you can watch Amazon that way. Love the product.

We love our new Vizio TV. The clear picture and bright colors are great, after we purchased a new HD cable w/4K. It doesn't come with the TV and the salespeople didn't mention it to us.

Good product over all, the worst issue I've had thus far, is input lag, which is only really noticeable in certain games, but not really an issue for movies or TV. One thing that is important to keep in mind, it is NOT a smart TV, it is only ChromeCast enabled, so you absolutly need another smart device (i.e. Smartphone, PC, tablet...) to cast - (play via an internet connection too) to the TV. Also, there is no RF COAX / Antenna input, so whether you have cable, or just want to watch some Over The Air (OTA) Broadcasts, you need a digital convert box that outputs to either HDMI, or Component. Overall, a great TV for the price.

The TV looks great and has all the functionality I think a person could want, but the remote control that I received with it is very simplistic and little hard to use.

Overall the tv has a good picture. Not as great as the demo you see at the store though. I know that movies must also be HD but for some reason I think the picture quality comes through as 1080 on most movies I've watched so far even Netflix. Also the tv doesn't have a tuner and even though I knew that before I bought it (didnt need the tuner as i was going to hook it up to cable box) the concept of not having a tuner is not a good one in case you just want to hook it to your cable without a box to get just the basic channels. I wonder how much manufacturers save by doing that. Hope they keep including it on all tvs.

Can't beat the bang for buck could not have a tv without v cast

Originally went on looking to do 55" 4k, but the 65" caught my eye and the price sealed the deal. I've been using it for a couple of months and the picture is great. Remote it comes with is useless, but DirecTv remote works perfectly.

I did a lot of research before I purchased my Vizio. It had all the features and things I was looking for. Bestbuy had it in stock, delivered it 8am a few days later and I set it up in no time at all. I drive my Amazon and Apple TV and my 5.1 Onkyo surround sound system. The tv quickly recognized every device and had no problem playing them as expected. My neighbor was so impressed with the picture quality, he bought one a few days later. I'm so pleased with Vizio I'll add a 45 inch tv to my office. Better than paying for the next competitors higher price for the same features.

I recently purchased the Vizio 65' 4K ultra tv and It has clear picture awesome sound very easy to move around if needed. Blue Rays look amazing this tv captures every detail especially animated movies.

First, the picture in excellent. It's big too! We came from a 5 year old Samsung 40". The sound from the Samsung was much better so we added a sound bar to the Vizio. Now we have near theater quality sound. The remote is different. But, since we do not have cable we never need a remote, eveything is controlled by our Roku. Yea, I know this has chrome cast but we already had the roku. We are comfortable with the Roku and I don't have to search for a tablet or phone to cast what I want to the TV. So, the Vizio is a big, nice monitor.

The tv deliverS the 4k nicely. Easy to use an set up.. Only thing bad is sound you must turn it up loud to hear it.. All in all great tv.

This thing is awesome. We upgraded from an old 40 inch plasma, and we were blown away. Very cool addition to the living room. Definitely recommend getting a sound bar/ surround system to go with it

I bought this television because I was ready to upgrade my 55" HD television. I had been looking and reading reviews for a while and came across a great deal at Best Buy for this product. When I got it home and set it up, the clarity in the display amazed both my wife and I. I use this television for watching movies, live tv, and playing XBox One games on it. The games look amazing (and my XBox doesn't upconvert to 4K). I enjoy streaming HDX content from VUDU and watching Blue Rays on it as well. This purchase definitely did not disappoint!

This TV does not have a TV tuner build in, but you really don't need one anymore. If you have cable, the cable company will give you a cable box. If you have satelite, same thing, they give you a box. The only time you need a TV tuner is if you are getting signals from the air signals....but if you are doing that, why would you purchase a 4K display? I use this display as my main computer display and it just awsome. I could not want for anything more. Great picture, Wifi, Google Cast, and so many more features at a great price.

TV works great. Purchase experience was great. Only complaint is that apps are not installed in the TV to browse through. You got to use a tablet or a phone for accessing apps, which is really painful for me. I take the tablet to change/select in apps, my kids will want that tablet first :-) Remote has very basic options ( just 5 buttons) & to change any TV settings as well, you need a tablet or mobile.

Its so much larger than i expected it to be when i ordered online. It's beautiful and works beautifully. The cast is just like a google cast and works with my google home and robots.

My wife had been bugging me to get a bigger main TV for our living room and we saw this TV as an Open Box special while wandering through the store. An hour later its setup in the living room and we are watching our favorite movie. Image quality is excellent, the remote is simple and because it doesn't have all the SmartTV stuff built in there is almost nothing to learn. Just cast your app/video from a mobile device and done. Its nice that you can do all of the TV setup from the Vizio app on your phone as well. Now if my Open Box savings hadn't disappeared when they dropped the new price over $100 a week after I bought I would be even happier!

Exactly what I was looking for and a great price for the TV. VIZIO has come a long way and this TV is a great value for 4K

If you are looking for a real value, at an affordable price this isit. It is not a cheap item but it is not a Sony either, but for 899$ a reliable name this does it for us.
