Picked this up on super sale, originally thought it was way too big, but it’s great. Picture is vivid and clean when using 4K and gaming. The setup was easy and Smartcast is nice option. Only gave 4 stars as it can be hard to cast from computer or phone sometimes. Also had to do a reboot the first couple of weeks as it was not responding. For the price it was a good purchase.

    70" M series shines

I've seen so many different reviews on this tv so I thought I'd chime in. I upgraded from a 2 year old V series 70" Vizio to this M series around black Friday and so far there is a difference. This particular 70" tv does not have all the same specs and what not as the other smaller M series by Vizio but there is definitely a picture difference in 4k UHD content when comparing to my V series. My V series had limited picture settings (in fact I think it had only one setting) when watching 4k UHD and while it looked great for tv's of this price I know this 70" M series has multiple picture settings and you can really get the colors to pop compared to my V series. Would I have done it all over again and spent the money to upgrade from my V series? I'm not sure but I'm sure of two things. If you are picking between M series at the sale price or a V series at the sale price this M series is the way to go. Hard to beat the picture on either tv for the price but the M series is superior to the V series in the 70" model.

There are many things to like about this TV. The shipping package was well designed for easy unboxing. The initial setup wizard found my home network easily and applied the latest firmware. The SmartCast software has the apps we use: Movies Anywhere, Amazon Prime, FandangoNow, etc... I've enabled Alexa for basic TV commands. I use Chromecast a lot to cast sports games from my laptop's Chrome browser. I've used Screen Mirroring from my iPhone 11. I use the eARC HDMI port to a Vizio soundbar. Picture quality is very good, with six available Picture Modes. I have no issues to report. All good!

Great tv for an even better price. Bought this Black Friday special for $599.00 and it has all the bells and whistles needed for a great viewing experience. It’s not for gaming or anything crazy but colors are spot on and the user interface is wonderful. I replaced and older(5 yrs) vizio with this one and they have made leaps and bounds of improvements in their interface and it responds quickly. Well worth the price.

Great picture!! I wasn't expecting the picture quality to be as good as it is. I normally purchase Samsung Tv's, so this is my 1st Vizio. I'm thoroughly impressed with the picture quality, the allotted amount of picture adjustments, and most importantly, the number of HDR formats it supports. It supports HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision & HLG. Not all tv brands support than many HD formats.

Picture quality is great and the amount of apps are great as well. The only downfall to this TV is when you are watching a high quality picture movie, you get 2 second pauses like it’s loading the picture. I have a direct connecting with 300mb/s internet so I know it’s the TV. So I give it a 4/5

Excellent TV. I did a ton of research over the last 6 months looking at different makes and models. This Vizio went on sale on Black Friday and I decided it had to be better than my non-4K 55" TCL. I finally pulled the trigger and it was worth it. I am really enjoying it so far, great picture and surprisingly good sound.

I love the video quality as well as the audio but the remote is terrible. The only way for the remote to actually do what you're clicking is if it is pointing at the bottom right of the TV, otherwise it won't do whatever it is that you're wanting it to do.

Picture is good. Nothing amazing, but good. TV is huge! So that's a plus. A big reason for the low rating is the TV is often unresponsive to the remote. It's either REALLY slow, or doesn't respond at all and freezes, requiring a restart (which also takes forever). I plugged in my Roku, and am using that 100% of the time with this TV, cuz the Vizio programs are useless and the remote is useless. Overall, it's a pretty good, pretty cheap, giant, basically not smart TV. Meh.

The TV is super crisp and clear! The only downside is that the remote is super finicky. We actually had to contact Visio for a new remote, and that remote experiences lag or ghost input sometimes, too, even after troubleshooting.

THIS TV IS BAD !!! Not even one-year-old and Sooo many times I had to turn it off to reset to make work. It freezes every week and sometimes the sound is behind the real picture time! Turn off and reset AGAIN and AGAIN...Everything takes a long time to go and ALWAYS Default to their free advertisement !!! The picture quality is very good BUT IT IS NOT SMART....I did not want to be saying this but I'm very disappointed with this TV.

I know several people that have vizeos and are happy with them so I bought this one. Was excited by the 70 inches for $650 on sale. But even after tinkering with the settings I couldn’t even get the picture quality as my 8 year old Samsung. I ended up returning it for another Samsung, which did cost me more. I think vizeo does make a good product, I probably just chose too cheap of model for my expectations. After some research it looks like this is a priceleader model out for the holidays. If you want bright colors and nice clarity I would recommend going with a little higher end model, as I have seen vizeos with a great picture.
