Not sure if it was defective or not, but I spent an hour trying to connect it to my 4 year old TV, but no sound would play. I tried all the regular troubleshooting things, with no success. Bluetooth didnt work either. I even attempted to connect it to a different tv, and same thing! The speaker had sound bc I could hear the voice when trying to connect to the audio output, but when I changed the output on my tv, no sound from the tv would come out of the speaker. The next day I called Geek Squad and after another hour, we still couldn’t figure it out, so I returned it.

Good for small room

Needs better bass

Any time there is sound that requires heavy bass the speaker sounds like it’s blown out. Tried changing cords, settings, resetting but nothing helps. It’s just bad hardware. But I guess you get what you pay for. Don’t buy.
