We are very pleased with this TV. Excellent picture and easy to use.

Were a little hesitant to buy a Visio tv.....no experience with brand. Salesman directed us to this model for features, price and great picture.and it was an excellent choice. Amazing tv, easy to use for a great picture. Have not mastered apps yet but LOVE the tv picture! So good it almost seems 3D! Highly recommend. Hope we feel the same in couple years.

wonderful picture easy use of apps and best buy delivered and set it up for me. one more best buy ran it on sale the very next week after purchase so I was able to get 400.00 dollars off the price I paid for it with their price match.

Picture is very good but not as great as expected. My son has a Samsung and the picture seem better. But he has Direct TV and we have Time Warner Cable. I was told that wouln't make a difference. But! Also the sound, like most of these flat screen TV's is not that great either.

Don't let the price tag of Vizio's fool you into thinking its not as good as its competitors. I don't have cable installed yet i only use the TV for netflix and for games on my ps4. The backlit keyboard on the remote is a really cool feature for when you want to navigate and type things without going nuts. I really like the fact that i can open up a video on youtube on my iPhone and play it through my tv. One of the complaints i may have is the fact that sometimes when you open up a game or a movie it sort of distorts for one second, but that was only happening on the first few days of the TV. perhaps a burning in thing.

I picked this tv up on thanksgiving of 14' and yes it had its issues, the screen on the original was messed up. Best buy replaced it no issues within a couple days and i was on my way. The picture quality is very good and the size is almost theater like in a normal sized livingroom. I think the is the best purchase i have ever made from best buy

Great television we purchased as our xmas gift to each other. we purchased the hdmi cable to go with it so we can get the best out of our cable box. tv was a great price. works well but you do need a soundbar or a speaker since the speakers are on the back on the tv. we found it a bit hard to hear but picture quality is great

Wow.... great picture. Easy to use, easy to learn.

I had initially was just budget conscience and thought my external drive with all my movies would work with this smart TV. It's kind of funny actually because I connected my external non-powered hard drive as soon as I set my unit up and it identified and played movies in my library. I turned the set off tried it the next day and all of a sudden it wouldn't work. Re-boot blah,blah.blah.. So, I read through the manual and in it I found that only USB flash drives would work. Kind of disappointed there and also sometimes I get a poor digital signal and to resolve the signal loss I have to go to my media player and play my recorded formats and return to my cable signal and it eliminates the problem. Also the set turns on then goes black then on again. Not sure what is going on there. Might have to return it afyer all. Only had it about 90 days.

set up was easy. Picture is great. Sound is not that good. Action scenes sound good but dialogue scenes require you to have either a surround sound/sound bar set up or the TV volume at about 50% or higher if there are people over (I haven't had a chance to set up my surround sound yet). With the above said the TV is 3.5 to 4 stars. However I haven't made my 1st credit card payment yet and the TV is about 20-25 days old and as TV is on (maybe 4-5 hours/day) it shuts off on its own. Sometimes it reboots itself and sometimes it just turns off. Now since it's past best buys 15 day return policy I can't return it. I had to call geek squad (thankfully I got the protection plan and didn't have to call Vizio) and they say I need a new motherboard. Not a month old and I need to fix it already. That's not good quality and I spent over 2000 for it and the warranty. I'm just really disappointed and wish I spent the extra couple hundred on a better set or went the other way and got something really good that isn't 4k for a lot cheaper. I still gave it more than 1 star because I like the picture.

This television is worth every penny. I really don't see a big difference between this Visio and the last Samsung I owned. Great thing about this TV is you can watch the 4K using the smart menu!

When I first launched it I wasn't that impressed with the colors, but they have updated the firmware a couple times since Christmas and the picture is fantastic.
