The first time we used this, it took a little while to figure out but once we got it working we rocked all night. Tried to use it again tonight and it wouldn’t work. It won’t charge. At first, we plugged it in and got the screen up but before we could log onto an app, it died. The charging light went out. We tried unplugging it and pushing every button, even a different outlet, to no avail. Eventually, after leaving it alone for a couple of hours, we tried again and this time the charging light would blink on and off, and the screen was alternating between lighting up (without a picture) and going blank. When we eventually, hours later again, unplugged and replugged it, we got a solid light, but as of yet, we can’t seem to get the screen to go on. I guess we’ll try again in the morning but this is very disappointing and we may have to return it. Was far too expensive to have this issue so soon after purchasing.

took a little while to get it to working right, however never was able to finish a song with out it freezing up on us.

Got this as a Christmas gift for our daughter, it seems to be perfect!
