If you have high speed and are looking for a way to keep home phone service while saving money this is it. Tons of voicemail features, visual voicemail to cell phones, forwarding etc.. Great to have a home phone in emergencies and younger children to young for a cell phone and allows you a number to give to potential solicitors that you don't want having your cell!

This is better than the comcast built in one. I can now use my answering machine instead of logging on to my computer all the time.

Unit is small compared to the old one. It was easy to hook up and set.

We had an original vonage box, and this one was a worthy upgrade that provided some better sound quality and stopped dropping calls

The product's appearance is good looking, light and small. You have to call Vonage support to get help for installation.

This vonage device has more feature than I thought. Two phone ports offers two phone lines. You may use existing ethernet cable to connect to this device and other ethernet port to connect to your computer. Just plug in and call Vonage to active.

I purchased this device to replace another one I had that stopped working, and so far so good!

Great process - have had Vonage for over 10 years, original router died. They gave me option for buying one at local Best Buy for RMA and they credit my bill (they offered to ship me one also) so I had a new one online in less than an hour. Couldn't be easier.

I thought I would never get a landline due to the monthly cost. I now have clear voice communication in my home where cell service is spotty. How can you beat $10 a month and the setup comes basically free. The $10 for the box covered the first months payment.

This preforms as advertised. Having said that it is sort of ugly.
