Bought this to replace an older version that stopped working. The new device works as expected, but the older version had an LCD screen that made it easier to see and troubleshoot connections, shows calls and history. I miss that feature which is why it has 4 stars. Otherwise, the device is excellent. Vonage customer service is also extremely good!

A great device to make international calls at a cheaper rate.

I have had no problems once I had it registered with Vonage.

I wish I'd gotten this years ago. I didn't know anyone using the VOIP technology (I'm over 60), but I thought I'd give it a try. Do we really need all those telephone poles?!? Had gone to cell phones (2). I've grown to hate Verizon (had a land line with them in Florida). You'd think a telephone company would do a better job with telephone customer service. You'd think. Haven't even needed to call Vonnage. That says something, in itself. If you still like the idea of having a phone with a big handset (instead of, and/or inaddition to a cell phone): "Try it, you'll like it".

I'm actually replacing an old vonage unit that finally gave out after about 12 years of service. Great phone service with cheap calls and i can forward all calls to my mobile. Best VOiP on the market.

My old Vonage router had gone bad. and Best Buy was close so I could buy a replacement. At Best Buy an Assoc. directed me to the area where they were located, making my trip quick and easy.

Vonage rocks. Had the service for 10 years now. I've carried this box with me on trips and had my home phone in my hotel room. Now you can use the service from your cell phone over wifi too.

I was reluctant to buy this item because I wasn't sure it would be the right thing. The Best Buy person found it for me right away and I brought it home and it worked perfectly!

i had a vonage device that went bad. so i bought latest model of this one from best buy and vonage adjust the price in my next bill

Had to switch to this one since our 6 year old Vonage device died. The old device would cut out, but this one has been very reliable and we have had no issues with it.

Vonage is one of the most reliable phone that I use to make long distance and international calls and never had any problems with the service

I got this because my old VoIP box was having a bunch of static. I called Vonage and after being a customer for so long they told me I could either go purchase one or they would ship a replacement to me. This was one of the models that they would reimburse me for so I purchased it and Vonage gave me a credit. Works well just as expected.

I was leery of Vonage's promises in their ads. So far they have all beenntrue and we keep up more with news from ouy of town relatives.

Very simple to setup and install. Works great right out of the box.

This is for use while working internationally. It allows the use of my domestic mobile phone number while out of the country.

I had the original linksys vonage box for around 10yrs an it finally gave up. Upgraded to this model. Vonage is very reliable.

Worked great right out of the box. Just a quick call to Vonage with my new MAC number and I was up and running in no time.
