This was very easy to install and setup was very quick. Vonage has a video to support the installation if you need to view something to see how its done. The porting of my existing phone number was done in a few day on the date they said it would be done. Quality of the line is good too. The software setup options are easy too. Sorry I didn't do this sooner.

Great product - my calls are clear and the price is just right !!

This is a great adapter. I've been a Vonage customer for many years and our old adapter finally gave out. I bought this which is a lot smaller and more efficient and was able to set it up in less than a minute. Works great and I was back online and making calls in no time.

Setup may be easy, I unfortunately picked one up at the store which had already been activated. Vondage sent me free of charge a new one then after a 10 minutes conversation, we had the new phone activated and my number transfered. I am use to voip and all the features were present like simultaneously ring and call blocking

This purchase was a badly needed upgrade from my original adapter. I was only reminded of it when logging into my Vonage account. I now experience clearer phone calls and rare disconnects. It's worth the $10 than buying directly from Vonage. Only wish I did this sooner.

Vonage asked me to replace the old one and agreed to reimburse me for it. Incoming calls were not getting through with the old one. THe new one seems to work well so far, so I conclude that the call-drop issue was due to malfunctioning vonage adapter

I went out and bought this with no notice one night when my old (eight years plus) adapter died mid-call. Got it home and hooked up - working fine since. The service has issues sometimes, but I don't know if that's specific to this device or something else.

I had a CISCO before I bought the Vonage brand, I have no complaints. It works very good and for the price, you can't beat that. Calls are clear and do not drop. I already used over 3 months without no issue.

My Vonage box went out in a storm and it was nice to be able to just go to my local Best Buy and pick it up. It was easy to install and it fixed the problem in minutes not days.

For $10 a month it's awesome. I would recommend this to friends and family. All you need is internet connection

This modem works great. I had a Cisco before it gave out and decided to buy this modem for $10.00. It works as good as the Cisco. Calls are clear and it doesn't drop calls. Highly recommend.

I bought this to replace the existing service I had with my IP. Unfortunately the particular adapter I got from the store would not connect to the Vonage network because the ID for this product was not in their system. That is the only reason for the 3 star rating I gave. I returned the adapter to Best Buy and received a refund with no problem. I did go with the Vonage system and got an adapter sent from Vonage. It installed easily and I have had NO issues at all with the service. It does save me money rather than having to purchase the voice package from my IP.

Great upgrade to your old Vonage box. Device is now powered my USB cable and tiny to boot. I upgraded my old router after many years of service and could not be happier with the new.

Vonage apps and getting the account setup was really easy. Hardware worked great when I plugged it in. Would recommend this for someone who would like a land line type of phone.

This was a replacement for my old Vonage box. It was easy to set up and uses very little electric. It's by far the best box I've had from Vonage and the price was worth it.

I had originally installed the adapter that was mailed to me by Vonage and it failed to operate.The Best Buy upgraded adapter solved my problem and is operating great.
