This was a replacement for an older version that was shocked during a lightning storm. It worked well from the start. It was very easy to switch to the new one.

I bought it as my initial adapter bought from Canada stopped working. Vonage Canada helped me set it up on phone. Its working great as expected.

Went to Best Buy, talked to one of there reps and bought the Vontage modular. In 10 less than minutes I had phone service and a brand new phone number. I really like it and have recommended it to many friends.
