I've only had Vonage for a month, but it seems good so far. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected to get my landline number moved over (counting from the time I filled out the application until it actually happened was 23 days). That may have been Windstream dragging their feet though.

I use Vonage for commercial applications and have no issues. Depending on local bandwidth the conversation can be choppy at times. Overall no issues.

This was an easy product to install and begin using. The reception is good as well. The service isn't much of a saving after an allotted time with the service, however. Not saving money anymore.

Vonage call quality is good. You still have to sign a 1 year contract with even if you are buying unit. Other thing is I kept getting collection calls for original owner :)

I moved and for some reason this unit did not work at my new house. But, I don't think it was because this is an older model, I think its some variable with the internet connection which is poor here.

Great replacement for my original 2-line Vonage adapter, which has served me well over the years, but tried a new one when there were some problems with my service, which has since cleared up.

I bought this item online because it was easier then waiting on vonage to send the adaptor just so glad that Best Buy had it in stock. I love having a house phone and vonage makes it easy

I own an earlier version of this item that I also purchased from BestBuy. Vonage could not fix an issue that I was having with my phone system. But this item fixed all issues and concerns.

I was constantly have phone problems and finally after checking everything out, this equipment solved the problem with Vonage.

Replace the Linksys router with this little guy and it hasn't dropped my line once. Now I don't have to have the linksys running since I upgraded to Luma Wifi.
