Great humidifier! It is pricey but I feel it is worth it

I found this unit efficient and effective in humidifying our bedroom. Essential oil dispenser is convenient to use.

The things I really liked about this were the design as it looked really well done. Also filling the water tank and the clean up for the filterless design were pretty well thought out. The main problem is that this unit is super loud and that is inconvenient for spaces like bedrooms. Since this also uses a heating element to add humidity to the room, it was never able to get as much humidity in the room as compared to an ultrasonic version. So while this unit could run all night, I would still have a sore throat in the morning related to dry air.

This humidifier is amazing! I was skeptical because last year I purchased a "no filter" humidifier and it created a white dust that was on all my furniture. After chatting with an employee at Best Buy, I decided to give this a try. So glad I did!!! No white dust and no filters that I have to keep replacing! The humidifier works great and we love it!

I went to BB to purchase the Dyson humidifier. However the salesman suggested I try this brand 1st. So glad I did. I tend to get dry cracked hands and very dry, itchy lower legs by mid November. This year has been awesome. I fill this up at night and it runs through the morning. Haven't had any skin issues so far this winter. And my husband says I haven't been snoring either!!!

Honestly this thing runs great. The only thing is that the tank runs dry too fast. Would want a bigger tank

This humidifier is a life saver. During winter months it’s helped me breathe better at night and helped me through some nasty congestions. Settings can be a little tricky at times but I really enjoy having it around and it’s pretty powerful.

I like it..its best if you use demineralised or distilled water to prevent buildup on heater element.

I will be returning this tomorrow because the item I received was used. I wish retailers would allow customers the option to purchase an item used rather than sending an obviously refurbished item as new. Yes, some retailers offer this choice, but when a customer receives a used item posing as new, it makes one livid, disgusted and reluctant to conduct business with the company. My spidey senses were initially tingling when I noticed cardboard stuck to the tape, on the sticky side flush to the outside of the box. Well if this was a new item and the tape was not stuck to the box it arrived it, lets just say it was suspicious. I went ahead and opened the packaging and as I was removing the humidifier, I see scratches and residue in the water chamber. It looked as though someone attempted to wipe out left over buildup with a towel and neglected to rinse it clear. Oh yeah, and the instruction booklet arrived in a ziplock bag. I mean come the bleep on… this is gross on any day, but in the midst of a pandemic that targets the respiratory system, sending a customer an item that directly influences the quality of air one breathes….just done. Should have uploaded pictures, but its already back in the box. Not sure if I will give this item another go, It is recommended as a quality item.

This is a great product. Pieces can come off to clean.

I have a relatively small room. Just enough for a queen bed and a TV. I have two things that monitor air humidity in my bedroom, one on each end of my room. I have used this overnight, during the day, even two days straight and refilling it. I set it to 50% humidity and get my room has yet to go above 30%. I still feel super dry when I wake up and the room is usually around 22~28%. I have tried many different setting including the cool and warm and hot steam options but they’ve yet to help my room come above 30%.

We have owned this unit for 3 years with about 1 year of actual use. Was pleasantly woken up in the middle of the night to the unit literally on fire. Thank god we were home and the unit was in the bedroom we were sleeping in. Also, the first unit I had purchased failed the same winter. This thing is junk. Never thought a humidifier would be the cause of a potential fire in our home.

Great purchase, multiple options provide great options steam versus cool mist.

Needed a humidifier for my daughter. This one did the trick.
