My house is very dry and I ran this at 55% since purchasing. Needs cleaned weekly and you will be filling it up frequently. Last week started flashing CH, which is not in the manual for attention codes. Eventually found that this means to change the tank (which was full). Customer service advised to soak the heating element overnight in distilled vinegar and brush off the deposits. Did that, looks new - didn't work. Definitely feel I could have had a similar, much cheaper product last just as long.
