I was disappointed when I took fan out of box. It was smaller then my previous fan. But guess what it is powerful.At first I said what is a fan with these weird side slits going to do. Well... a lot! It is very cool and cold at times. I'm like 10 feet away right now and I feel the coolness from one side of room to the next. Great buy! Worth it !!!!

The design is different from the old fan-blade type. However, it does move a lot of air on high speed, but is a little noisy. On low, it is very quiet. A bonus is that it has a timer and a remote control. At night I can turn it on for 2 or 4 hours, but can shut it down or adjust the airspeed without getting out of bed. A very nice unit, I'm happy I purchased it.

This is a cool stand up fan that blows air very. The remote allowes me to control it from away which is cool. I know of fan that blow a lot harder but this does the job. Looks good ,can be loud at the highest level but it's not too annoying

Does what it says---circulates air very well. Takes some getting used to as it is not your traditional fan that "blows" on you. It is extremely loud on 2nd or 3rd settings (noisey even on 1st) so wish it was a bit quieter at times. It is slim and space saving remote feature is nice though once again if you're changing settings it beeps loudly as well.

I like this fan a lot. I was concerned at first about the fact that it doesn't oscillate, but that is not a problem at all. It puts out a good amount of air. Though I wouldn't classify it as loud, it could be a bit quieter. I generally run it on Speed 2 (out of 4 possible speeds). At high speed (4), it's almost too loud to even have a conversation....but it is a fan after all and that's how these things work. I've had this fan for a few months now and I'm definitely happy with it.

Great fan. It has nice flow of air, its a little oud, but let's get real, for this price I'm not complaining about the noise. It doesn't revolve, but has a large spread of flow. I kind of like it. Less moving parts means less chance of needing repair.

I love this fan not only because it has a remote and I can be lazy lol but it has a fuse in the plugin. It puts out an amazing amount of cool air! I def recommend it!!

I bought this fan and a Kenmore Elite oscillating fan at the same time, expecting to return the inferior product... and if I was smart, I would have returned this fan and bought another Kenmore Elite. I was going out of town and before I knew it, too much time had passed. So, from this you can conclude that while the fan is fairly inexpensive, better alternatives exist, but it's not the worst investment... it's much more compact than the Kenmore.

I feel like it could ise another notch of fan speeds? The most potent setting is good, the second one is decent, the weakest setting is almost non existent. So maybe one more between 1 and 2 on the power? But the design is good, the size is perfect for my bedroom, and the remote is basic and functional. I would recommend it to someone else.

May be a little loud for some at the highest setting, but it circulates quite nicely and I'm now a believer in their anti-oscillating philosophy.

It's a good fan and blows hard. Might be only good for a small to medium room. I'm in love especially with this summer heat.

This fan has a remote, which is nice. It drowns out sound from outside noises. I like that it's not super quiet.

I bought this fan thinking it would cool my room properly, but it did not. The box says it moves air up to 60 ft, however I barely felt any air from about 10ft away. I might have received a defective unit. Up close it worked perfectly fine (within 3-4ft). The only good thing is the remote control and how easy it is to use with the fan. Ultimately I returned the fan as the price per performance was not worth it.

Good value for the price. The fan works best in a medium sized room @ 12 x 15 or so. Noise level at top speed a little loud, while lower speeds produce acceptable noise levels. Does not rotate, so placement of fan a key. Very easy to move around and to clean...safe around kids and pets.

Fan is fairly quiet and does cool well. Puts out quite a bit of air; however, be aware that this fan does not oscillate. Remote control is handy as well.

this circulator as they call it is just that, it helps to circulate the air in a room and prevent uneven temperatures. it does the job well and even helps to keep a room cooler because of it but it does not simply blow air in one direction. place it in a corner or near one and it can help put it in the middle and it has no real benefit. combined with a ceiling fan it can really move some air around. only downside is after a year some of the little fans it uses start to rattle but even after 2 years none of them are broken, so its just noise.

Picked one of these up along with a honeywell tower fan. This Vornado does not oscillate but is designed where the airflow covers a wide area. It’s a noisy fan and doesn’t do well compared to the others at the same price rance. Ended up keeping the Honeywell and picked up a Lasko.
