You will only feel the heat if you are within 1 foot of the heater. The advertising and the picture on the box make it look like this thing blows heat all over the room. The remote and touch screen controls were nice though.

Not ideal. And I realize it's more an issue with heaters in this category, not specifically to this one.

They work well and keep the room toasty when needed. The rest of the house is ten degrees cooler to help save on oil heat. These are super handy and portable. So you can take it with you to the shower and back without a problem. The safety switch is pretty awesome, and also provides a quick way to shut off the unit when leaving the room, with just a quick tip with your foot to cause the switch to release.
