This heater is perfect for our bedroom (10X10ish), and keeps the cold air out. You can set it for a certain temperature, and it will bring the room up to temp, and shut off to save energy. Would 100% buy again. Comes woth remote as well

Exactly what we needed. Great power for the price. Easy to use. Puts out a lot of heat!!! I was definitely surprised with its power for a small unit.

This is a great little room heater. It is compact, lightweight and quiet. I have it in a 250 sq foot bedroom and it keeps the room very comfortable.

The Vorando works excellently to heat up a room. It works quickly. The Vornado has excellent safety features. If you move it, it shuts down and is easily restarted.

I like the quick heat up it gives. I wish the high level was not so noisy. The low is perfect but it does cause the temperature to drop some. I night mode works great.

I’ve had this portable heater for almost a year. It helped me keep warm during the cold nights and morning. It’s worth the quality and product. Dust it off with a can of air.

Bought as a replacement for my previous Vornado heater that inexplicably died. Works well and is quiet, though I can't find anything in the specs to explain why it will occasionally issue a sudden fan burst when operating on low power setting (not a deal-breaker for me). People considering this heater do need to understand that it provides heat at a low, steady level, not super-hot forced air. It works really well to keep my bedroom comfortable, allowing a lower setting on my central heating system for the rest of the house.

I'm seriously impressed with the Vornado Velocity 5R. It heats up my large bedroom quickly and the heat circulates way better than any other space heater I've tried. I love that it's cool to the touch, the remote is handy, and the nighttime mode is great. If you need serious supplemental heat, this is the one!

Use it to heat an office spare bedroom and it works great. Warms up quick and stays quiet enough to just be white noise.

Warms up your room in no time. It’s also has a sensor in case it falls over it turns off immediately.

Our hvac broke after that snow storm in Febuary and it was still a lil chilly so picked this up to warm up my room and it went warm really fast. Happy with this purchase.
