I bought this to use with my remote start but I was not told I had to give up my spare key for it to work. I had to sell it and buy another one since it was too late to return it.

First time I've had a bad experience with Best Buy. The product was open, screws were missing from it and the box was completely crushed but it was listed as new. Not my idea of great shopping experience, but best buy is still one of my favorite electronic stores.
