I just purchased this cordless phone to replace my old Panasonic. It's compact, easy to use & I love the clean white color.

Phone gives caller ID which I needed and rings as needed. Nothing more to it. Basic cordless phone

This was a purchase for an elderly relative who needed a simple landline phone that includes Caller ID. It works as described. It's simple and easy to set up and use.

The Vtech Cordless Phone works well, good range, was a good replacement for an older landline phone.

I wanted an additional phone for an existing set, but this turned out to work only as its own stand alone phone. It is okay. My existing system was 10 years old, so maybe it was not possible to find a phone that would add to that.

What can you say about an ink cartridge for a printer ? It either works or not. This one works.

The phone though basic works well and has some good features. There was a bit of a problem initially with the sound and the volume buttons didn't seem to work, but when I reconnected the entire device it was perfect. White color is sweet too :)

I got an excellent deal for the price that paid. Also, It is under heavy use and works fine.
